Chili's Grill & Bar

Came to this restaurant for lunch since I was in the area with my kids, Kenneth was our waiter. Very attentive with our orders and details,the request we ask for was handled correctly and he made sure the kids food came out first, fast, hot and fresh, I ordered the steak meal, and same thing cooked the way I liked enjoyed every bite well seasoned. When we needed refill he didn't hesitate to make sure that was done, make sure if you visit this location to ask for him as your server he was very nice, and compliments to his manager for making sure we had everything we need before we cashed out. I will visit here again if im in the area again

Chilis is a great restaurant at baseline. This chilis in particular is my favorite. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. You can tell they actually enjoy what they do and the restaurant they work for. 100/10.

This place has roaches, the food taste like left over-over. And the manager is very unprofessional and arrogant. Never coming back. I’d rather go to McDonals, they have way better service.

The burger okay but the fries are old and soft and it look like been sitting under the warmer for a while

I wouldn’t recommend it. My has food poisoning now. The atmosphere was weird, server couldn’t even remember our 3 drink orders and never even came by for a refill. I used to serve for a couple years and honestly 0/10 I’d just pick somewhere else.

If i could give zero stars i would. My friends and I were seated for 20 minutes and never had a waiter introduce themselves nor get drinks. Also there was 3 tables that were seated after us and got drinks, chips and dip. Not to mention we were The only table full of black women. This is not the first time this has happened, I hate that we are treated this way in this restaurant given I am a loyal customer and generous tipper.

Crystal was amazing! She was friendly calm a very attentive, genuine, and there was another very nice server who was helping her as we were the only people in the entire restaurant and they treated us like we were royalty oh my gosh I'm going back.
