Chili's Grill & Bar

I’ve had takeout several times from this location, and never fails, but to be honest, this was my first time dining in the restaurant. The inside gives off a wonderful vibe. The waitress, I didn’t get her name. She was quick to greet and seat me. I asked for some food recommendations and she didn’t fail. I finally ended up with the breaded chicken sandwich on the 3 for me menu, and it was delicious. So much food, and had to take home. Service was fast and on point. Thanks for a wonderful meal

We were very impressed with our server, Sophia and her manager!
Our party included someone with an allergy to a certain item included in some of the dishes . It was amazing. The manager actually came out and spoke with us concerned about making sure the dish was perfect and did not include the item in question.
Thank you all for your attention to this special situation. We had a wonderful dinner. We were not rushed. And the food was amazing. Every dish on the table was beautifully presented.

I haven’t been to a Chili’s in many years. I stopped by the Delray location for a quick lunch. The gentleman who was behind the bar was so friendly and efficient. It’s nice to see someone who cares are their patrons.

I just visited Chili’s and I ordered my two cheeseburgers from the kids Menu. and then there was no cheese in the burger at all 😭. It gets me so frustrated to bring the cheese back from their store and cake mix.

I've given them way too many chances. Months ago I went in and nobody would acknowledge me at the door.... Even though a line was forming behind me.
2 weeks ago when I was there everything was perfect. Great lunch specials and the service was outstanding.
Last week.... They forgot my food. And I couldn't find a server to help me. They were promised to bring out my salad and the chips and salsa along when they drink. They never brought my entree. I was patient for about a half hour. The place was not that crowded. There really was no excuse. I won't be going back

Only one server when we arrived around 3pm and it took approximately 20 minutes for our food and the burgers were good!

Jess and Karen are amazing! My visit started with a few issues but they turned my experience upside down and fixed everything. A plate of food came undercooked and food was taken because no Togo box was brought, but they fixed the situation with ease. I would recommend this restaurant 10000x over any other chillis I have ever visited.
