Chipotle Mexican Grill

Used wrong bag and it broke outside and food fell on the ground, thankfully they have decent tops on them because only a little fell out the bowl.

This is my second times here and there is a Haitian women she have the nastiest attitude I ever seen she doesn’t know how to talk to people I would never return to this place because of her and she told me to get out.

This is the slowest chipotle in town ,sometime only 1 person looking all the customers

If I could give this place 0 😱 stars 🌟 I would. The staff all 3 of them on a Sunday night had attitudes when I asked a question about how spicy an item was. Also had an attitude 🙄 about me choosing no rice. Also had an attitude when putting our order in a bag to taking our payment. No thank you or politeness to us as customers. The food which I was told to be not spicy was very spicy I could barely eat it. I ordered a steak bowl which had 5 pieces of steak which I couldn't eat or chew and was all grizzle. I only had 5 pieces that were small pieces and hardly worth the price. We paid right under $40 for 2 steak plates with guacamole and 2 small diet sodas. There are thousands of amazing places to eat in South Florida 😋 this is not one of them!! Your Welcome 🙏 🤗

Busy take out. Service was fast and food was good.

This Chipotle I ordered online and they gave me a broken burrito with no extra cheese like requested and no extra vinaigrette like requested here is the address for them below the 3 little kids there making food need to be fired this is an ongoing thing... I have been to many Chipotle grills before .This was the smallest sized burrito bowl I ever bought at any Chipotle grill in my life..There is haitian woman manager that makes sure every customer gets a smaller size burrito or bowl from them then what you normally get.She gave me over 90% all rice and only under a half scoop of anything else i want.This manager wont give extra of anything.They are really cheap at this location.Even the quality is horrible.Overcooked dried up meat and no fajitas .No thank you from the manager and very rude manager there.You should hire another manager because you are loosing customers like myself cause of that woman haitian manager you got there that customers don't like
They also charge more then all the other locations.They give you the smallest scoops of everything.I only went in here because it was a brand new one that just opened up recently that I never been to.I wish I looked up the reviews before I went in here.If you like Chipotle I would recomend you go to another location.This is worst one I have been to in my life.A total rippoff

NO! This not ok! Service? First time visit will be the last time. Absolutely grumpy and angry team. Young lady was so annoyed with being there, she was grunting her teeth and rolling her eyes. Her teammates were all arguing, pushing each other. Thought they were going to fight. The lady was slapping our food down like she hated that whole process. No steak available. Itsy bitsy portion of everything. My bowl was half empty when all was in it. I didn't want to ask for anything, was worried I would get hit. Very unpleasant atmosphere. After that experience, my appetite was ruined, food didn't taste good, threw it away. Wasted my money on the worst service.
Next time will go to Boca, I am certain it will be better.
