Absolutely love this place. It has all healthy ingredients to build your own wraps, salads, etc. My only complaint is that the place could be cheaper—not worth paying $10 for freshly squeezed veggie/fruit drink. That’s more than a meal at some other quick service restaurants.

I was and continue to be blown away to the point that I called a friend to let them know of my experience. I hope this award winning service continues. I went for the first time and my protein bowl was good, nice size, and i thought the prices were good. The two girls working were AMAZING, really great customer service.
Loved as soon a I walked in ,everybody is friendly and welcoming its such a great friendly environment. They give you options to choose from which salad or if you want to create your own salad . The food is very fresh and delicious. They have these peanut butter bites to die for you guys have to try them out. I recommend this place to anybody and have came back a bunch of times.

So disappointed. I ordered from here because Grubhub had a coupon and I like bowls. The fiesta bowl sounded amazing with elote corn and red peppers and spicy chicken. When I received it there was no Elote corn, the corn is plain and by no means "elote". This was the blandest food I've ever had, ok they put jalepenos but still bland and boring and not worth the $. The chicken was lacking and dry. No flavor whatsoever, it's like they threw everything into a bowl straight from the can. Gave 2 stars for quick service and nice presentation. If you want to learn how to make a proper bowl bursting with flavor... let me know!

The only reason that I’m giving them 4 stars is because the service was excellent. This is my second time trying cool greens. The first time I visited I had a wrap that I ordered online, and it was okay but nothing really special to keep me coming back. Then today I went inside and tried a salad. It’s very clean on the inside.I was impressed with how nice and fresh all the salad toppings looked but unlike a lot of my favorites salad spots like Just salad, Salata, Chopt and Sweetgreen. They didn’t mixed the salad together and only gave me two small cups of dressing to go with it. I had to pull out some rotten slimy brown pieces out of my mixed greens and the chicken was kinda tough and dry. They definitely have some things that they could improve on but it wasn’t Horrible.
