Do not eat at this place!!! They do not wash the scoops properly and they cross contaminate the ice creams. My friend has a severe nut allergy and the girl behind the counter did not rinse or clean the scoop, she just scooped her ice cream and gave it to her. My friend started having an allergic reaction after only eating 2 spoonfuls of the ice cream. Our other friend and her asked for a refund and they refused to give it to her at first. We had to get loud and demand a refund. The girl at the counter was also laughing at my friend for having an allergic reaction and kept telling her she is not allergic. So for your safety and any families safety DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES.

Funny how you guys “say” you don’t have fruits and I can literally see them in the back. “Great client experience ??”By the way happened several times and only in this location

One word: creamy. Hence the name of the place! But seriously tho- the ice cream was so deliciously creamy and didn't melt in 5 seconds with the typical Florida heat and humidity.I love how they have an option for us seeking out healthy desserts- sugar free butter pecan. And it didn't taste like cardboard! It was delicious!My fiancé got their moose tracks and their coffee with chocolate fudge, admiring the creaminess and flavors as well.There was also live music when we went who were fantastic!! Totally recommend if you're visiting or need a cool off treat! Would come back again.

Josue was such an EXCELLENT server! He was so patient and allowed me to taste test the gelato before I found my favorite, Dulce de Leche Caramel!! He remained calm and focused with a busy store as he was ALONE! What an amazing young man… and yes, the gelato was good but Josue made our day ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is awesome! We came here two days in a row and can't wait to go back. The service is friendly, the ice cream is delicious and it has a fun vibe. I highlight recommend the affogatto (a shot of espresso on your choice of gelato.)

I stopped in for an iced latte and was so intrigued by the Reese’s peanut butter cup gelato that I got both. I would recommend this gelato all day long. It was so delicious that I was wishing I ordered a larger one. It was creamy and the perfect balance of peanut butter and chocolate. Also, there were big chucks of the peanut butter filling (from a real Reese’s cup) throughout. I also loved that there were no large chunks of rock hard chocolate- it was smoothly blended throughout. I highly recommend. As for the iced latte- this is not their forte. They serve iced coffee but not a real latte. Stick to the gelato - and they have GF options. Also, the staff was lovely and offered samples of other flavors.
