Went to Cut 432 in Delray and while the steak itself was good (not excellent), a number of things took away from the experience. Our server asked more than once when we'd like the food to come out, and we said *as soon as it's ready*. Despite that, they held everything until all courses were ready, so I ended up eating appetizers and salad alongside my steak instead of enjoying them separately. The steak was solid, but the sauces were a big letdown—none were worth pairing with the meat. Noone bothered to ask if I like how the steak was cooked either. On the bright side, the truffle mac and cheese was surprisingly good, easily the highlight of the night. The rest of the menu felt very plain and traditional for a steakhouse, and while the price point is about average for this area, I expected a smoother dining experience. The lack of tablecloths makes the place feel less polished, and having staff mop the A/C vents right above us while we were eating was unpleasant. Overall, decent steak but a lot of details need improvement, would not be my go to

We are local and for some reason - not to happen anymore we had not been there- it was the best experience all around. Starting with wonderful hostesses and mgr- they were so attentive and welcoming- the food and the drink was amazing - but Johnny , our waiter was the very best! He was there 19 years and was so enthusiastic and so knowledgeable- we will be back soon!

First time here drove down all the way from Port St Lucie. Have to say food was delicious worth the drive. Might be my go to place for good steak dinner. Highly recommend this place.

This restaurant was phenomenal! We had the bone in rib eye and it was delicious and cooked to perfection! The standout of our experience was the service by our awesome waiter Patrick. He was professional, friendly and attentive. Be sure to try the blue cheese tater tots as they are one of the most incredible sides I have ever tasted! We had marscapone cheesecake for dessert and it was so yummy. Overall experience was top notch in every way! We are foodies from NY and I am extremely hard to please when it comes to restaurants and this one is a 10 for sure!
High quality food served in a very cozy & casual ambiance,everything was perfect for my son's birthday,the dinner was incredible Oysters,Octopus,sparagus,bearnaise sauce,filets mignons and other fantastic cuts..the banana pie as surprise desert was just delicious. On the top Mr Manol was so energetic,orchestrating our dinner just perfectly!

This will continue to be our go to when we are in town each month! Service is impeccable! Even the back bar guys are sweet and courteous! And of course, the food is always delicious. Get the cheesecake to finish off your meal! We celebrated a 50 year friendship along with an engagement, and CUT 432 helped us celebrate!
