This was my second time in the studio, I took Liz’s pelvic floor and core class - it was amazing. I was looking for this exact kind of class, something incredibly healing and therapeutic but still energetic. The way Liz gets you to mindfully move your body in ways we all forget to to do in our daily lives is the perfect reset to get out of your head and back into your body. Highly recommend! Also just love the studio and cafe environment here, I’ll be back often!

I recently tried the Glutes, Core and Pelvic Floor yoga class, and it was fantastic. The instructor created a supportive and welcoming atmosphere, making the class approachable for all levels while still providing a real challenge. The sequence was thoughtfully designed to target exactly what the name promises—glutes, core, and pelvic floor through a combination of strength-building postures, mindful breathwork, and deep stretches.

I took Pilates Fusion with Becca. My first time at the studio and I love it! The ambiance and the experience they have a created is so nice. Becca led a challenging but yet not defeating Pilates class including the fundamentals of the traditional Pilates curriculum. I will def be back! Thanks, Becca, for the wonderful experience!

Dandelight Studio is a beautiful space. They offer many different classes. I can't wait to sign up for more. I went for the Nicole Thaw workshop and it was amazing. This was my fifth workshop, and the space, the women, and Nicole are just wonderful.

I booked a mat pilates class with a new instructor Kiara, and she was truly amazing! So positive, personable, motivating, correcting our forms to better the results for each exercise. I felt every corner of my body working, super accomplished and happy after the class. I will definitely look for her name on the schedule. The iced matcha latte is also delicious to grab after the class.
