Order a pizza on a Tuesday at 9:15pm, delivery ETA 9:40pm. They finally assigned me a driver at 9:40 PM. I’m watching the tracker go up and down the street passing my house and finally at 10 PM I called the location for them to tell me that they still have my order in the store. And it should be an extra 10 minutes for me to get it so I literally had to wait an hour for a pizza on a Tuesday night.. I understand if this was a weekend, but I’m also confused why they would turn on a tracker for my delivery when it hasn’t even left the store. is it so corporate doesn’t see that you guys are an hour behind the deliveries while you’re quoting 30 minutes?

They have made their minimum order $23 in order to get delivery. That is way too much for me to spend on pizza.

Inconsistent pizzas. Especialy one particular guy who makes the pizza. He puts almost no cheese on it and doesn't fill the whole pizza as advertised. You know, cutting corners and pretending thats how it's supposed to be when the product is advertised differently. I asked them to fix it and they refused. They even have the nerve to waste time and complain about their customers while they serve sub-standard food at a terrible pace. A bunch of entilted sloths who forget why they have a job and what that entails. Customer service is crap, they haven't the slightest clue how deescalate and please their clients to industry standards, they only really care about whats easy for themselves. When I told them they need to learn how to watch their mouths they instigated vilolence.

This place still serves poor quality pizzas, and cuts corners. They even give less cheese and toppings if you use a coupon or a sale.

Once again I felt offended by this stores delivery driver. It was a free pizza and I just had to pay delivery fee and Heitor , the driver, wouldn’t let me see the pizza first to make sure it was correct. He wanted me to pay the $6 first and I told him I’m not robbing him for $6. He responded with it’s happened before. Really should not be hiring traumatized delivery drivers It’s sad to see that and now I will just order from Lantana and drive myself.

Something seriously changed in the last 30days at this location. Pizza now is awful, way too much sauce, not consistent. The cheese should be even across the pizza, not lots of areas where sauce ends up on top of the cheese. I've been purchasing pizza from this location 2 to 3 times a month, for over 10 years. Today I order on the online app, see status that order is ready and boxed. Arrive few mins later and I'm told pizza is still in the oven conveyor. Ok, so I wait 8 to 10 mins more, still nothing. Crew looks for the pizza in the oven, ready shelf...nada. So at that point, it was a sign of bad things to come, so since the crew decided the pizza never got made, I had them cancel the order (order for Eric that showed ready approx 6:57 pm 2/13/25) Please address these issues as I'm definitely not the only regular customer thar is noticing the definent drop in product quality / service. Otherwise I'll be taking my $ somewhere else and will socialize the issues. $ is too hard to earn these days to not get a consistent quality product.
