Worker insisted I ordered and paid for a small and I spoke clearly when I asked for a medium. Only the man seemed to have some pep in his step, even if were calmly. Dunkin you make enough to pay your workers more per hour and let go of the workers not caring the weight behind your brand!

Customers service is horrible here and they don’t even acknowledge you when you come in to pick up your order. If you don’t say anything they’ll walk right pass you no greeting, no assistance.

This is by far the best-managed Dunkin’ Donuts we’ve ever been to. I will go out of my way to visit this specific location because I know without a doubt that we will be more than satisfied. The staff is always kind, friendly, and consistently gets our order correct. The store is spotless, and you can truly tell they put care into preparing the food—it’s made with love every time. I waited 13minss for two little items. Once I’m halfway to my destination, I open my bag and look the bacon is mostly burnt. If it’s not burnt in the picture, then it should not be served burnt. I don’t understand why people sell food like that if they won’t eat it 🥴

Absolutely terrible management i use my rewards app points i redeemed them and he doesn't know what to do or click so it took my points and he charged me full amount lost my business the other people knew what they were doing before this guy came.

I am only giving 2 stars because of the guy that works there, so polite and nice but the lady. It was 7:30pm when me and my husband arrived there to have some snacks. Place close at 8pm, the doors where lock and drive through as well. The lady look at us and refuse to offer service, it wasn’t until I said I was going to record her and post it that she open the window for drive through! The guy that came after was super nice but she was lazy and didn’t want it to work anymore!

I usually don't leave negative reviews unless something is very wrong, or things are wrong enough times. Third time they put bacon on my sandwich, and the first time I went back. The lady just swapped out the bacon(and put it in the tray for someone else after I touched it), rather than make a new sandwich. Will be driving out of my way to go to the one just north of this location from now on.
