Unfortunately, I received the WORST customer service at this location and I am beyond shock especially due to the location and demographics of this Dunkin Donuts. I decided to cancel the order as I received a lack of professional service for my coffee and donuts. I was informed there was no donuts at all except blueberry glazed… strange but okay. I decided to leave the drive through line and call the store to speak to the manager and the same girl who spoke to me disgustingly at the drive thru was the same who answered the phone and boy was she nasty.. she questioned me why I wanted her name and the manager then proceeded to tell me that there was no manager at the location.. she claims her name is LEX.. although I don’t believe her and nor feel she is professional enough to be truthful this is what she stated was her name. LEX lacks professionalism and the mental capacity to understand that customer service is a must in this industry and I am appalled that she even has this job. Same on her for how she is representing Dunkin Donuts. I do believe she needs extension training on how to handle the drive through line and phone etiquette. I will be contacting corporate to arrange a better outcome after such a horrible experience.

I've come here multiple times and I am always disappointed. The line backs up and the order takes so long. Then when you finally get it the drinks have been awful. Hardly any flavor, just slightly warm, all milk, does not taste like any other dunkin store recipes. And my breakfast sandwich was burned. Honestly terrible all around.

Your ratings tell a terrible story. I’m not sure who the owners or managers are - you need to start paying attention to your deplorable customer service or you won’t be around much longer. I walked right out and won’t return.
DO NOT ORDER FROM KIOSKS. The food quality has been fine and the staff is generally nice but on multiple occasions I have ordered just donuts from the kiosk and watched as people that came in after me got served before me. And I am literally just waiting on donuts to be put in a bag.
I don’t say anything because it’s not my job to say anything but it always ends the same… after 10 min or so of me just standing there they eventually ask if I need something and I tell them I ordered at kiosk and then they immediately get my donuts.

Came here to purchase a gift card. 2 people were working and both saw me. No one said hello or acknowledged my presence.
Saw something else that looked good so put it on the counter & waited. And waited. And waited. Finally I went to the kiosk and bought the items I wanted. Thought I would at least ask if they sold gift cards, so I went back to the register, looked right at the woman working the drive through, and loudly asked if they sold gift cards. She ignored me and seemingly mumbled something. I looked at the guy working the coffee machine (who was closer to me than she was) and ignored me as well.

I am at this dunkin every morning and I buy always 2 coffees and sometimes two bagels. That’s at least 12-15 dollars a day. Today New Year’s Day the drive thru at 1:20 had about 6 cars in line and I was probably the fourth. I waited for 20 minutes to get to the speaker only to be harassed by a young woman repeating “what are you getting” about 20 times then proceeded to wait another 15 minutes to get my order. The car infront of me only ordered two coffees. The car behind me left and so did I. I never got my order. To the owners your staff that day was rude unprofessional and made your customers wait an obscene amount of time. Mind you they weren’t even busy inside. Moving onto the next dunkin. #lostagoodcustomer
Had ice latte with Sandwich
Latte taste decaf and the egg was cold. The lady had attitude so I ask for a refund
