DO NOT ORDER FROM KIOSKS. The food quality has been fine and the staff is generally nice but on multiple occasions I have ordered just donuts from the kiosk and watched as people that came in after me got served before me. And I am literally just waiting on donuts to be put in a bag.
I don’t say anything because it’s not my job to say anything but it always ends the same… after 10 min or so of me just standing there they eventually ask if I need something and I tell them I ordered at kiosk and then they immediately get my donuts.

Came here to purchase a gift card. 2 people were working and both saw me. No one said hello or acknowledged my presence. Saw something else that looked good so put it on the counter & waited. And waited. And waited. Finally I went to the kiosk and bought the items I wanted. Thought I would at least ask if they sold gift cards, so I went back to the register, looked right at the woman working the drive through, and loudly asked if they sold gift cards. She ignored me and seemingly mumbled something. I looked at the guy working the coffee machine (who was closer to me than she was) and ignored me as well. Very poor experience.

I am at this dunkin every morning and I buy always 2 coffees and sometimes two bagels. That’s at least 12-15 dollars a day. Today New Year’s Day the drive thru at 1:20 had about 6 cars in line and I was probably the fourth. I waited for 20 minutes to get to the speaker only to be harassed by a young woman repeating “what are you getting” about 20 times then proceeded to wait another 15 minutes to get my order. The car infront of me only ordered two coffees. The car behind me left and so did I. I never got my order. To the owners your staff that day was rude unprofessional and made your customers wait an obscene amount of time. Mind you they weren’t even busy inside. Moving onto the next dunkin. #lostagoodcustomer

Had ice latte with Sandwich Latte taste decaf and the egg was cold. The lady had attitude so I ask for a refund
My bagel was soggy, which is weird because it was warm. Both ladies working attitude was just like their bagel.

Burnt hashbrown Raw in middle asked for ketchup 3 times had to drive back to get .. asked us to pull up past drive through with no one behind us to make false fulfillment time . Had to ask for stir straw after asking for sugar for coffee .. very easy to fix with some updated training . Food was good aside from hashbrown quality .. taste was fine across board ..

When I’m on this side of town I always stop at this Dunkin Donuts. Today the team that was working on the late afternoon shift 6:00 pm were great. She made a great cappuccino you can taste the coffee not just the milk and the other young men is very polite and has good manners. When he gave me my donuts said thank you madam.
