Burnt hashbrown Raw in middle asked for ketchup 3 times had to drive back to get .. asked us to pull up past drive through with no one behind us to make false fulfillment time . Had to ask for stir straw after asking for sugar for coffee .. very easy to fix with some updated training . Food was good aside from hashbrown quality .. taste was fine across board ..

When I’m on this side of town I always stop at this Dunkin Donuts. Today the team that was working on the late afternoon shift 6:00 pm were great. She made a great cappuccino you can taste the coffee not just the milk and the other young men is very polite and has good manners. When he gave me my donuts said thank you madam.

I do t know what it is about this location but when you ask them for Splenda in your coffee they never put it in. If you ask them about it they say put it in yourself.

Harassing woman employee there...I finally told her that I do NOT want to speak with her after she would NOT STOP about the napkin dispenser which I clicked closed on one side because one side was not clicked closed..and then she still carried on to other employees about me and the napkin dispenser...and there was no real selection to chose...I will definitely avoid this place...
I live in a state without Dunkin so whenever I travel I look forward to visiting dunkin (so much so I actually dream about it). Most of my dunkin experiences have been great. Unfortunately this one broke the streak. The kiosk didn’t have the full menu so I went to the counter and stood there while employees ignored me for about 5 minutes. When they took the order, they were not even close to friendly. I work customer service so I understand and I try to be very kind and respectful to employees but they made no effort to come off friendly. When my food came out, the hashbrowns were freezing cold in the middle. They replaced them without issue but I’ve never had cold hash browns served to me at a Dunkin. All the employees seemed irritated with everyone no matter what you do. Not a great experience:(

A young guy that was the cashier didn’t know what he was doing. Didn’t have a name tag on. I had to keep repeating myself. I asked for three donuts and only got two so I was still charged for the third one. But I had to get back to work so I couldn’t go back and tell them. The hot chocolate was just watered down chocolate water. The dounts I did get was the only reason why I put two stars.
