I do t know what it is about this location but when you ask them for Splenda in your coffee they never put it in. If you ask them about it they say put it in yourself.

Harassing woman employee there...I finally told her that I do NOT want to speak with her after she would NOT STOP about the napkin dispenser which I clicked closed on one side because one side was not clicked closed..and then she still carried on to other employees about me and the napkin dispenser...and there was no real selection to chose...I will definitely avoid this place...

I live in a state without Dunkin so whenever I travel I look forward to visiting dunkin (so much so I actually dream about it). Most of my dunkin experiences have been great. Unfortunately this one broke the streak. The kiosk didn’t have the full menu so I went to the counter and stood there while employees ignored me for about 5 minutes. When they took the order, they were not even close to friendly. I work customer service so I understand and I try to be very kind and respectful to employees but they made no effort to come off friendly. When my food came out, the hashbrowns were freezing cold in the middle. They replaced them without issue but I’ve never had cold hash browns served to me at a Dunkin. All the employees seemed irritated with everyone no matter what you do. Not a great experience:(

terrible service "i cant hear you". 10000x when i have a very loud and clear voice (i do public speaking) not to mention they messed up my order and barely offered any help. if i could give 0 stars i would. in the past i have hated their food it's either fine or terrible and i came here to get food for my company and was very disappointed to have to start the day off on this note

A young guy that was the cashier didn’t know what he was doing. Didn’t have a name tag on. I had to keep repeating myself. I asked for three donuts and only got two so I was still charged for the third one. But I had to get back to work so I couldn’t go back and tell them. The hot chocolate was just watered down chocolate water. The dounts I did get was the only reason why I put two stars.

Second time in 2 weeks wrong order in DT. Staff is miserable and food is not fresh. No going back as inside is dirty. They never wipe down. Sad as it’s convenient and new. Get some new employees!!!!!!!
Very unprofessional and disgusting staff went in the store stood at the counter for over 10 mins the cashier that was cashing walked out without even acknowledging me and they just stood around chatting… walked out and still no one asked even why I was there.

I have gotten stale bread on my breakfast sandwich numerous times. I work across the street and come here almost everyday for my morning coffee and breakfast. I have gotten to work in o discover not only was the bread stale, there is no eggs on it. Just bacon. Today will be the last day I visit this location.
