This was may go to spot. Even though my drinks would be made wrong sometimes and a couple times I said I’d stop going I started developing nice relationships with the people who work there. We ask about each other family and share exciting news about my life. It became more than a pick me of coffee but a place where I can connect with my community. Yesterday was awful. I yet again received the wrong order. Completely different than what I ordered. And when I came to get the right order one of the women said she would not be giving me a “free drink” assuming I’m lying about where I got my drink and how much I paid for it. I tip every time I’m able to mind you. I paid $4 for my $2 drink bc I always do my best to show them appreciation. So to be met with such hostility over COFFEEE was wild. The girl at the window was sticking up for me in my defense and a boy working inside admitted to making my drink wrong so I am just so confused to where she found the audacity to treat me that way when I am nothing but a loving and happy costumer. I’m honestly so disappointed because I really enjoyed coming as part of my “today is going to be a great day” ritual. Alas I guess it’s time I stop spending my money in corporations and start buying local or saving my money all together. To any of the employees reading this I appreciate you and wish you well. Even the lady who refused to correct my order. Blessings.

Nice people , good coffee , fast service. 1 star for paper straws. I couldn’t finish my drink and the straw became unusable. Come on !!! Get real straws.

Every time I come here this is aways something wrong with my order, I’ve let it pass many times but today I ordered a ice coffee and asked for cold foam, they made it with whipped cream, then the lady proceeds to hand it to me asking if it’s okay it’s whip cream, I took it cause there was a long line and I didn't want to hold everyone, when I got to my destination for me to see that the coffee was half made

The lady at the drive thru with the accent is always extremely rude. Cant understand a word you’re saying at the speaker and when it finally clicks she cuts you off before you can finish your order. Todays visit I placed a mobile order and it took us 5 tries at the speaker before she figured out my name and when I got to the window she handed me the wrong thing and i politely corrected her and she said “uh okay but this is what you ordered” and rolled her eyes. Looked back at my order on my phone and definitely ordered the right thing. Sounds like she needs to learn to listen and read.

Came just past noon this Sunday. Had to make an order correction at drive through window. Employee was incredibly rude and gave me a look of attitude. No apology, no smile. On other occasions, always a horrible language barrier with the drive through. Always have to repeat myself at least three times.

The people that work here are a different breed of unintelligent. I have to speak my order very slowly and carefully and they still manage to completely mess it up. If I tell them “I asked for almond milk this is regular milk”, they will look at me with a blank stare as if I just told them some crazy mathematical equation. This is Dunkin’ Donuts…. not rocket science. The IQ level is overwhelmingly low at this location.
