Great people there. Very kind and thoughtful. The food is ok, but they are just heating things up so its nothing to do with the employees. Its not greasy like other breakfast places and the price is right - $6 for a sandwich, coffee and taters? Excellent! Hits the spot. Thanks!

I asked the cashier if I could change my drink since I hadn't finished ordering my food & had yet to pay for any of my items. She refused to change my drink order, stating that it was already being made... again, I hadn't paid for anything at this time. Then I had to wait 10 mins for my coffee that tasted so terrible and watered down that I had to ask for it to be re-made only for them to give me another coffee that was the exact same quality. They then gave me the entirely wrong sandwich & the wrong type of hashbrowns - btw how do you undercook frozen hashbrowns? I gave up because literally everything came out incorrectly and the staff was so rude. The lady working the food was incredibly rude to fellow employees and customers following up on their orders. Lady, if you're struggling so bad then maybe you should ask for help or let someone else do the job you can't.
Note: If you're behind on orders, then stop taking orders until you catch can catch up - low quality service and low quality production. This is the worst dunkin establishment that I have EVER been to & I have been to many. Get entirely new staff is my advice.

This is the second time I've walked out of this Dunkin' location. The first time, they didn’t have a single pastry or donut available to order, and I was informed I couldn’t get anything with espresso or frozen drinks.as the machines were not working. Each time, the employees didn’t greet me or come to take my order even though I was standing right at the register. The selection is always extremely limited.

they only care about quality of the product they are serving just how fast they can get to next order. ordered avocado toast in drive thru and got it almost immediately and it was cold mushy bread not even toasted and then the smallest amount of avocado i've ever received
