"Too horrible and expensive I went with my husband to the restaurant and they told us K. They closed at 9... they charged us $30 for a glass... a glass of wine... and besides the glass was plastic, we couldn't even eat anything... the horrible attention... besides we waited almost 1 hour for them to bring our horrible car, horrible a disappointment.

I booked a 12 person table for a surprise birthday party. I got a call two days before from an employee that helped me sort out all the details. I was able to bring a few decorations before and they roped off the entire section for our party. It was INCREDIBLE. I will never use another spot on the ave for a big party / reservation.
The service was unreal. Marvin was our server along with other staff members that helped for our large party and everyone was unbelievable. We had the best service. A drink never went half empty and everyone had a smile on their face. The Opal Grand is always exceptional and this new rooftop spot made them even better. Marvin needs a raise.
Thank you Elevate for making our experience so exceptional. We will be back for sure.

We have come here three times now, the food and drinks are delicious ordered the hummus platter and flatbread. The service was on point, friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is perfect, seating is very comfortable, beautiful space and great views. Love it here. Luke, Marvin and Kaiya were awesome and took great care of us!

Parking: Started at parking which is valet, not sure of other options and street was busy, so not an option. Arrived for happy hour, didn’t get happy hour pricing and bar tender made it clear we could sit “anywhere”, but had to come to the bar and order drinks, food, and get he check. Mediocre menu, choices are limited, ordered from menu as we “thought” we were on happy hour. NOT! Anyway, celebrating my wife’s annual trip around the Sun, so nothing stops us from enjoying, even poor attitudes kinda arrogant approach to no full service and paid full service prices. BTW parking validated and was $10, plus tip. Little surprised on how classy the place is and the ambience is very nice, but, not sure we would come back to have a self service meal at $180, plus parking.

Nice place (not as much as the pictures) horrible service, we had to go to the bar to order food and drinks and we had to go back to pick them up. No servers around. Very pricey, only small bites on the menu. They didn’t honor the price of the happy hour. Ridiculous.

Marina and Cane are some of the best bartenders I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. They’re professional and fun/ know their stuff. From food to drinks to service, this place is fantastic.

Who doesn’t love a rooftop!? Although the view and ambience were fantastic, the drinks were bland. I was expecting same flavor as the delicious Drift downstairs but I was little disappointed. I also suggest maybe the staff a little more welcoming as you walk up but they were attentive at the table. Would visit again!

Rating this on Drinks only as we didn’t have food. (But we have eaten downstairs at Drift and it has always been very good). We are residents and chose to try this new hotel rooftop bar vs our usual support of smaller establishments. The bartenders were very courteous and gracious, so 5 stars, now let’s move on to the drinks. Small drinks that were very low in alcohol for very high prices and I know folks reading this will say, what else would you expect at a hotel bar with a captive audience. Well, The Ray while as expensive, delivers a better experience and atmosphere, despite the water view here. The water view here doesn’t rescue the vibe, which is more corporate meeting vibe vs an energetic, funky vibe like at The Ray. We spent $40 weeks tip for two small low alcohol drinks(doesn’t include parking) Most definitely a vacationer’s spot, which we’ll pass on in the future.
Vegetarian options: Menu clearly marks Vegan and Gluten free options
Parking: Parking on Atlantic or Ocean blvd can be challenging, yet their Valet is ultra expensive, around $40
