Elevate Skye Bar is worth the trip even if you don’t drink, eat, or talk to another human being, it’s that good just for the views and ambiance. Honestly, I felt like I should’ve paid an admission fee just to sit there and stare at the skyline like a tourist who accidentally wandered into luxury. The vibe? Chill enough to relax, classy enough to impress a date, and just the right amount of bougie so you feel cooler than you actually are. Even the cocktails taste better when you’re sipping them closer to the moon. If you’re in Delray and skip this place, that’s like going to Italy and skipping the pasta. Do yourself a favor go for the views, stay for the atmosphere, and maybe leave with a couple of pictures that make your friends think you’ve “made it.”

If you’re looking for a cocktail spot that feels like vacation, this place is it. We stumbled in after a beach day and ended up staying way longer than planned because the vibe was just that good.

First off, the views are next level. Picture sipping a fresh pineapple-lime margarita while overlooking the ocean and palm trees swaying in the breeze -yeah, it’s that dreamy. The entire bar gives rooftop-meets-beach-club energy but without any of the stuffiness. Just chill, stylish, and super fun.

I think it's a wonderful place but we had no idea this place existed. Such an amazing spot! Staff was super friendly and the drinks on Thursday by Joe were phenomenal!!!

We arrived at 8 PM sat down and by 815. The bartender was telling everyone it was last call multiple people arrived and she turned them all away. Come to find out the bar did not close until 9 PM. Apparently she was done for the day however. They turned all the lights off in the bar, except for the upper bar lights shut the music off and hovered around our table until we left. My friend Ravi the CEO of this company would not be impressed with how they’re operating this luxury property when you pay 750 a night and get refused to drink after 8:15 PM it’s a little disconcerting. Our waiter was wonderful however it was out of his control because the lead woman bartender told him to stop serving everyone at 8:15 PM
What a disappointment went across the street to Boston’s and sandbar had a wonderful time.

Really want to love this place for its atmosphere , but consistently let down with service. Multiple small issues this season, but tonight the food came before my $26 espresso martini (!) Buyer beware, if you ask for Bailey’s in your espresso martini there’s a $6 up-charge. $26 for an espresso martini before 7pm in Delray is absurd. Might as well go to Palm Beach.

Abby and Alison are the best bartenders from Maine.. the sweetest most welcoming personalities. I recommend everyone come for their hospitality.

Stopped there after a long walk on the beach. We just grabbed an appetizer and drinks. The Ceviche was so good we wound up ordering it twice. It's a coconut milk based ceviche with shrimp and scallops. Very well done. It's sweet, mild, and suave. It's not a typical sour overly citrus fishy ceviche. The atmosphere is amazing and of course the view spectacular.

"Too horrible and expensive I went with my husband to the restaurant and they told us K. They closed at 9... they charged us $30 for a glass... a glass of wine... and besides the glass was plastic, we couldn't even eat anything... the horrible attention... besides we waited almost 1 hour for them to bring our horrible car, horrible a disappointment.

I booked a 12 person table for a surprise birthday party. I got a call two days before from an employee that helped me sort out all the details. I was able to bring a few decorations before and they roped off the entire section for our party. It was INCREDIBLE. I will never use another spot on the ave for a big party / reservation.

The service was unreal. Marvin was our server along with other staff members that helped for our large party and everyone was unbelievable. We had the best service. A drink never went half empty and everyone had a smile on their face. The Opal Grand is always exceptional and this new rooftop spot made them even better. Marvin needs a raise.

Thank you Elevate for making our experience so exceptional. We will be back for sure.

We have come here three times now, the food and drinks are delicious ordered the hummus platter and flatbread. The service was on point, friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is perfect, seating is very comfortable, beautiful space and great views. Love it here. Luke, Marvin and Kaiya were awesome and took great care of us!

Parking: Started at parking which is valet, not sure of other options and street was busy, so not an option. Arrived for happy hour, didn’t get happy hour pricing and bar tender made it clear we could sit “anywhere”, but had to come to the bar and order drinks, food, and get he check. Mediocre menu, choices are limited, ordered from menu as we “thought” we were on happy hour. NOT! Anyway, celebrating my wife’s annual trip around the Sun, so nothing stops us from enjoying, even poor attitudes kinda arrogant approach to no full service and paid full service prices. BTW parking validated and was $10, plus tip. Little surprised on how classy the place is and the ambience is very nice, but, not sure we would come back to have a self service meal at $180, plus parking.

Nice place (not as much as the pictures) horrible service, we had to go to the bar to order food and drinks and we had to go back to pick them up. No servers around. Very pricey, only small bites on the menu. They didn’t honor the price of the happy hour. Ridiculous.

Marina and Cane are some of the best bartenders I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. They’re professional and fun/ know their stuff. From food to drinks to service, this place is fantastic.

Who doesn’t love a rooftop!? Although the view and ambience were fantastic, the drinks were bland. I was expecting same flavor as the delicious Drift downstairs but I was little disappointed. I also suggest maybe the staff a little more welcoming as you walk up but they were attentive at the table. Would visit again!
