Truly if I could give less than one star I would. The issue isn’t the restaurant nor the food, I go to Excell very often sometimes with my friends or alone. I’ve never had a problem with them and the customer service until recently I guess they hired a new unprofessional employee who’s focus is more on talking to the guys at the countertop whenever a female customer walks up to the counter she starts giving you dirty looks and doesn’t ask if you’ve been helped or anything she’s just staring straight at you and walking past you with no greetings and a stank look on her face and her tone is so aggressive when answering customers questions as a person who works in the food industry! that’s not good customer service at all, walking past the paying customers and not checking on them is not good customer service. So all I’m saying is they needa get rid of her before they start losing costumers

The short haitian lady there is beyond frekan (rude). anytime i’ve went to this restaurant the lady never has a smile on her face, and shes always attitude ready. Instead of treating you like a paying customer she speaks to you as if your her child or friend. The food is good yes, but the service needs to be adjusted.

The food is consistently delicious. The only problem was we had to drive from Boynton. I've tried other Haitian restaurants closer and they all suck. These are the best nuts I have ever eaten.

I've tried other Haitian restaurants closer and they all suck. This is the best legume I have ever eaten. So we will continue to drive. The service is friendly, but it doesn't matter because the food is great every time.

My experience was good but not great. The fried pork with the plantain and "pikliz" were good.
Vegetarian options: I don't think they do have a vegetarian menu
Dietary restrictions: Not recommended for low sodium and low fat diet
Parking: Has betting games machines, as amusement, inside
Kid-friendliness: Not really sure
Wheelchair accessibility: Has ramp for wheelchair

Now I understand why Haitian businesses can't go to other countries with female customers who receive the call and hang up quickly, but why are these people in the food business?
