Had an awesome experience at this location. Mgr Cheryl was definitely on a mission to make her customers smile. I don't know if she even knows the impact this can have on someone's day. Not to mention she made my sub which was an Italian on wheat. The best I ever had. Keep up the great work Cheryl continue to allow God to use you. You're great!

I visited Firehouse Subs the other day in Delray Beach, FL. I was greeted warmly by the Manager Cheryl Zasun, who I've spoken to in the past. Cheryl really goes Out of Her Way to assist customers. I don't know how she does it, but always manages to be patient and kind. She has a real upbeat personality to boot! Also, Cheryl's assistant was extremely welcoming. The Firehouse itself was very clean. I was totally impressed with the Women's rest room!!!!!!! Please give a Special Thanks to these people for me!!!!!!!!!!!!! MAWR MACNEAL

I've been here twice because I love Firehouse. But this location is the slowest place I've seen. It wasn't busy, one other person and I waited 20 minutes for 1 sandwich!
