I’ve been going consistently at least once a week during my lunch hour. It’s really nice to know I can rely on Fit Foods for a healthy meal, even on days where I had no time to prepare my own food for a busy work week.

They always have their assortment of meals and snacks out in the fridge for you to grab and microwave, or you can get a freshly made smoothie, juice, bowl, etc. You could grab a few to go for the week, or be like me and buy day by day. They...

Everyone is very helpful here! I’ve never had a juice I didn’t like from Fit Food. I made my own 3 day juice cleanse from their menu and while I felt a little tired on the first day, after the cleanse was over, I felt incredible.

I’m just going to say…. You can get something unhealthy from fast food for over $10 or you can get this delicious turkey meat sauce pasta for less than $10 here…. Also so yummy and customer service is delightful. Thank you for this place!
