As a business owner, I would be mortified to see how this place is run. Staff is extremely disrespectful. They need to learn basic manners, especially to paying customers WITH CHILDREN. Do not give these people your business, they give small business owners a bad name.
Masud and Sahiti have amazing customer service. I love this ice cream parlor. It is tuck nestled off the main Delray Ave. It is cost effective and the ice is delicious.
The machines are broken. They were cleaning them with bleach and serving us ice cream at the same time. Staff wasn’t friendly. Not a kid friendly spot.
We were looking for vegan ice cream that did not have an oat or an almond base to meet the dietary restrictions of those in our party. We were very excited to see a large variety of vegan flavors And in a separate case, right next to them were a great variety of standard flavors for those that didn’t have restrictions. We watched staff handle a very unruly party with lots of very young children. Ahead of us and their customer service was amazing. We will be back for sure.
Went there with my wife on a weekday afternoon just the other day. Place was empty. We both ordered soft-serve fat free ice cream in a small size and what we got was even smaller. There was hardly anything in the cup and they have the nerve to charge so much money for literally nothing in the cup. Afterwards I realize I should have refused to take the ice cream but my wife wanted it. Needless to say we will not be returning. The better location is on Hagen ranch road. Much nicer people and they give you what they charge you for; a decent amount in the cup.

Fantastic options for ice cream, not only do they have at least six vegan flavors for the scooped ice cream, but also they have another six flavors which are available in the sugar-free frozen yogurt format. Whatever I chose this week, was delicious. I also appreciated their Google profile which listed all the flavors available in Detail so you could figure out what you like and whether it’s worth a trip before you go there.

The people that work here need to learn a lot about customer service. One guy in particular, who I believe is the owner or manager, is very rude. Does not know how to work with customers. He treats you like he’s doing you a favor by selling you ice cream. He is not accommodating, even to a repeat customer, and always looks like he’s being bothered. Don’t waste your money here. Plenty of other ice cream shops in the area.
