My absolute favorite gelato! Super authentic and fresh ingredients

The worst customer service experience. The place looked great online but when my family and I came, we had a very poor customer service. The server was rude, rushing us, not answering our questions, completely ignoring us. His attitude didn’t change after talking to him; still uncourteous.
The iced latte was watered down so when I brought it up, I was told there was nothing they could do.
I hope he owner and/or management invest in improving the quality of the staff for their own reputation.
On the contrary, we went right across the street and we were greeted by the friendliest staff!
The best desserts & nicest staff! Came in a few days ago asking for nut free options bc I’m allergic and today I came back and they remembered and pointed out options I could eat! So sweet and so yummy !!!
