Me and my buddied went here after the art fair was over in delray beach and we loved the gelato.We never tried gelato but the pistachioo Ice cream taster so hood and my granpa love aot aswdll. This red hair girl with beautful braids mafe sure we got to try out new flavors and treated us with tasty treats

I never ever post bad reviews when I have a bad experience regarding service at an establishment, specially in the food industry cause i understand mistakes happen and everyone can have a bad day. But making it a habit is not ok… So here I am today to express my dissatisfaction with today’s visit’s to Gelato.I have been to this place in 3 opportunities, being the last 2 times not very pleasant visits. The gelato is really good and they have great flavors. The problem with this place is the horrible customer service of the employees behind the counter. The second time I was there, the male employee that I approached to ask if they had a certain flavor answered rudely “what you see through the glass is what we have”. The girl next to him had the same attitude. Today (my 3rd and last visit) the same girl took our orders and had an even worse attitude than the last time, no hello, not a word to me, and showed a clear disgust on her face for having to help us, horrible hand mannerisms that made me feel rushed to order (I did all the order for my family) and rolled her eyes when I didn’t leave a tip (which she clearly didn’t earn). I suggest the owners to hire people with strong customer service skills. You have a great product, but poor care for your customers. Good luck.

Boris is a gem! We enjoy their gelato every year but this year I ordered a pastry tray and some Easter egg gelatos for the holiday and they were delicious!! Boris is so helpful and offers top notch customer service. Thank you Boris!! We can’t wait to come back next year.

What a great place to bring friends and family. It’s not just Gelato, they have the most amazing deserts. The cappuccino comes in a real glass cup which I think is classy when you have friends visiting. But what really stands out to me is the chef Boris. If I was an owner I would want a dedicated employee like him. He is always busy but never too busy to help out when needed and to give his customers a smile. It’s my new favorite place on Atlantic Ave.
