Finally visited this location and was happily surprised it was better than the Boynton location. This store has a different energy. Probably due to its location right off Atlantic Avenue; gives it a more upbeat feel-just a livelier, hot spot kind of place. (And I was there for it all). Out of the dozens of breakfast places my companion and I have been to, this place has exactly what he always wants. 3 eggs, bacon, and pancakes. He doesn’t eat home fries, grits or any other sides. So he got those items and was happy. So was I with the price. I naturally had the eggs Benedict cuz I try every restaurant’s. This was a close second to one place in Boynton (and Lantana). I got grits w it and well, they’re grits. I added a blueberry pancake to my breakfast and I will say it was the best I’ve ever had. We both really liked our meals. The prices were extremely reasonable and very fair. The service was a little slow, but once we got going we were fine. I’ll be going to this location again as it’s bright, cheerful and affordable.

This little diner next to the Ipic is amazing! Great special sand great prices. It is busy and worth the short wait to eat. Outdoor seating is available too. Service is stellar. Cash only (ATM in back). You will be glad you came!

Extremely busy . Good breakfast place but don't understand the appeal. Parking is rough . Wait on Sunday so you feel rushed. Ok interior. Cash only . My pancakes were mass produced in taste. Did get my bacon crisp as ordered.

Great local place for Breakfast in the heart of Delray, the staff is always perfect as us their fare. Try their famous Biscuit with Sausage Gravy, Steak and Eggs, or the Eggs Benedict. Outdoor seating available. The only negative may be that they require Cash only, however they do have an ATM.
This 1-star is strictly based on a member of the staff. Having been in the food industry and in management what I witnessed and heard was completely unacceptable. A greeter/ busboy or girl, when I asked # how long of a wait there was # replied in a frustrated tone making it sound like it was an inconvenience to answer, we are extremely busy and it would be more than 15 minutes when actually it only was 5 minutes. Then I observed # wiping off tables when the customers weren't even completely done obviously rushing them, I heard the customer even make a slight comment about it. Lastly: I overheard # telling another table of customers that they shouldn't allow people like that to eat here, referring to a family next table over from them, that had left a mess on the floor that he had to clean up. Someone needs to have a talk with # regarding customer service and saying things about other people out loud, it did appear that # was frazzled or annoyed. My wife and I found this breakfast place and sat back and had breakfast. After finishing up and going to pay our check (They take only cash). I was embarrassed in front of the whole restaurant by the owner or manager whichever she was. Our bill came out to $28.60 and I gave her $104 with the intention of getting back $75.40 ---- she got confused and took the $100 bill and gave me back $71.40 (this was correct) but then I gave her the $4 in single and $1 from the $71.40 and ask for a $5 bill. After she gave me the $5 bill she screamed at me in front of the whole restaurant (you left us with nothing!). I tried to explain three times that I was not ripping her off. She was furious for no reason. All we wanted was a $5 bill to leave as a tip for the waitress and not 5 single.Go with exact change or you will be embarrassed if you confuse her.
