Walked in walked out dirty plates, floors and dirty tables , seat was dirty asked if he could clean it, he walked away shaking his head came back wiped it down with water I guess came back with menus, seat was still wet, I guess he expected me to sit on it with my pants to dry it. Ask him if he could dry it, walked away shaking his head again we left, he probably would had spit on my food if we stayed...😧

What a suprise! We NEVER go to IHOP except when we travel, but I saw the adds for the new menu choices on TV and thought "People come to Florida when they travel and we're blessed to live here, so why not?" So we stopped by for a bite, and what a surprise! The staff is super friendly, the atmosphere is corporate looking but clean and tidy and the food was surprisingly great! Fresh coffee (not smelling burned from a dirty machine), clean meals (LOVED the omelet), and it was quick and easy. A pleasant addition to our morning choices around Delray Beach!

Went for lunch. Ordered batter dipped fish and shrimp. Both were good. Asked for extra tartar sauce, was told they did not have any more. The coffee was not fresh.
