Just ordered here a chunky strawberry bowl. Ella who took my order was super nice and smily. I definitely hope to have her again when I order next time. On the other hand the lady who worked with her today (I think its the manager because she was with a gray polo shirt) was very not nice. Instead of saying my bowl is ready she yelled BAG?! Instead of treating me like a human and kindly asking me if I would like a bag for my bowl. Ella saw my reaction and told me she hopes I have a good weekend and smiled which made it better. But the other lady definitely does NOT want to be at her job. Didnt greet guests or anything. This lady is working right now, june 28, at 1pm. She has short hair.

Absolutely zero customer service. Ordered online, got to store and not one employee acknowledged ANY customers or said a word. Not a hello, how can i help you etc. I am sure thus must be absentee ownership with no custoner interaction training. Loyal customer for years. Not anymore.

The young African American girl was truly rude when we walk-in and waited for a bit. When we said hello she rudely stated we will be there just wait. Would never recommend this place to any of our friends and family.
Stop in this morning before work. The woman who served me was wonderful from the beginning I walked in to when I left. The acai smoothie she made me was the best I've ever had. It a wonderful feeling to have someone so friendly start your day off.

I love a good Jamba in the afternoon. Today is the 4th time in 2 weeks I ordered a smoothie via Uber and when I opened the bag no straw. Are we not doing straws with beverages anymore? 4 times in a row :(

Smoothies are good but not worth the wait. Ridiculous wait time even when you order ahead for pickup. It does not take 30 mins to make a smoothie. Do better.

Denied bathroom service to a disabled person. We will be suing Jamba Juice at this Boca Raton location. Manager was pathetic and unapologetic, she should be fired. August 11 Friday around 12pm is when the incident happened. I am extremely upset
