Jersey Mike's Subs

I wish they would teach people to read special instructions what is the point of putting it there if your employees don’t read it. I have to call every time i place a order to remind someone of the instructions then pray they still do it and of course it doesn’t happen so i rarely order unless i am picking it up even then they dont read it

Nikko and junior were very nice and polite they made the whole restaurant atmosphere way better same goes to the rest of employees. They were fast and efficient, friendly, and tackled each sandwich, one at a time 10/10 experience. Plus it was delicious.

We were generously offered a coupon when we placed an order earlier in the week for 6 free sandwiches. When we decided to order lunch for our work force using it, they informed us everyone had to be there to redeem it. There was nothing about that in the disclaimer on the coupon, and now my guys have nothing to eat and I am ordering jimmy johns. If they just honored what they said I would have signed them up for all 30 of our employees for lunch on Saturdays.

I recently visited the Jersey Mike’s at 5th St. in Delray, and I had an outstanding experience! Nick, Niko, and Angela truly made my visit memorable with their friendly and efficient service. The subs were fresh, flavorful, and crafted with care. Nick ensured everything was perfect, Niko added a great personal touch with his welcoming attitude, and Angela’s attention to detail was impeccable. The restaurant was clean and inviting, making it a great spot for a quick, delicious meal. Highly recommend this location for anyone craving a top-notch sub!

HORRIBLE LOCATION. DO NOT ORDER OR GO TO THIS LOCATION!! I love Jersey’s Mike but this location, I have never been to a Jersey Mike’s that was so terrible. Staff are rude and can’t seem to understand the concept of order customization or pick up at this location . The manager says he is too busy to talk to you to resolve their mistakes because they intentionally do exactly the opposite.

Go see Nick! He is the bastion of customer service!! While everyone else was blah, Nick held it together!! He offered everything I needed to complete my meal and he was so helpful!! There should be more like Nick there, this place would be booming!!!

Arrived to grab my order and only one item was inside (had two items within the order). They remade the 2nd item and made it incorrectly. Seriously, you can’t make this stuff up.
