Nice small place. Food was good. The starters were great, the shrimp Ravioli and tomato bisque were so good. We had the yellowtail snapper and the ahi Tuna, they were good. Service was great.

What a gem! Everything about this place is wonderful — cozy atmosphere, friendly service, and absolutely delicious food. I ordered the local mahi (Chef’s special), and it was perfection: golden, flaky, and full of flavor, served over jasmine rice with a beautiful sauce and crisp green beans. Every bite was fresh and perfectly balanced.
The Caesar salad was also super fresh and simple in the best way — exactly how it should be. The staff was attentive without being overbearing, and the whole vibe feels relaxed yet classy. You can tell the chef puts a lot of heart into every plate.
Definitely a five-star experience — one of my new favorite spots in Delray! Highly recommend Jimmy’s Bistro for anyone who loves amazing food in a cozy, inviting setting.

Really great dining experience slightly off the Ave. Had the lobster wonton special that was spectacular- amazing flavor and super light- highlight of the meal. Followed that up with their rigatoni Bolognese- rich, flavorful, and filling. We were full but got a dessert to go because everything else was so good and we wanted to try their homemade sweets. My only regret is not having any wine from their expansive and eclectic list. Stuck with Pellegrino on this visit. We will be back

We went to this restaurant for dinner and had a really nice meal! The place is small but quaint and you could tell it was mostly locals dining. The food was excellent and the service was quite good too. I had a very fresh snapper dish that was expertly prepared and my wife had a delicious shrimp etouffee that had tons of flavor! We also had a really nice dessert to finish off our meal. The restaurant is expensive but not more so than other restaurants in the area and it was worth it. This is definitely a place we will return to for hopefully another great meal!

An absolute must when visiting the area! The ingredients are incredibly fresh, location is very convenient to local night life and the service—especially from Damon and the rest of the team—was outstanding.

Located on Swinton in Delray (off the hustle of the AVE), you’ll find this modestly charming neighborhood bistro. Chef Jimmy, Julie and the team present an intimate, chef driven menu with favorite blackboard items locally sourced and fresh caught by Captain Clay & Sons. Reservations recommended with plenty of parking (street/garages) abound. The worldly wine list promotes handcrafted, organic and sustainable varieties by the glass or bottle and we chose well with the Albariño and Chianti. Our light starters were caesar salad, (tasted like it was made table-side) and caprese salad where the quality balsamic enhanced the house-made mozzarella and the sweetness of the vine ripened plum tomatoes. Our entrees of scratch made Rigatoni Bolognese was rustic and hearty while the Golden Tilefish was mild and sweet, balanced with julienned zucchini, nutty basmati and rich beurre blanc. We can’t wait to return to try other mainstay’s they’ve served for 15 yrs. Highly recommend for low key, fine dining experience.

Was a bit disappointed with the lamb shank with very little to eat and the shredded romaine Caesar . My wife’s duck was the best I’ve ever tasted.
Will be back and hopefully change my review. I was still hungry after my dinner

The duck was tough ($48). The ceasar salad was shredded lettuce. Disappointed

Just the best of everything!!! Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, always delicious. Julie and the staff are awesome. You’ll never leave disappointed. I’ve eaten here for years and should’ve put the word out a long time ago. If you’re in Delray Beach then you’ve got to come here. Much ❤️

Visited here on the last night of vacation. Incredible to say the least! Julie was amazing - brought out dumplings on the house and had the ravioli and snapper. Ravioli was insane and snapper was so fresh: only wish we would’ve went here before our last night so we could come back. 10/10 recommend!
