Ordered my meal 30 minutes ahead online just to find out that it wasn’t even ready after waiting and additional 10 minutes in the drive through line only for me to wait another 6 minutes for everything to get prepared come on

Typical fast food spacious KFC location friendly staff seems like the quality inn size of the chickens are not what they used to be but this location was pretty good compared to others I've been to lately. I really don't know why I only want the chicken and I have to pay more for it I don't want this side I don't want the drink I don't want the meal. Don't know why they have a la carte pricing... I know it's a business. But .... Come on $8 for two pieces of chicken.

so i went there the whole experince was pleasent. i worked fast food and my manager say make surw you upsale. the gentle on the headset ask would i like a large for some exact amount more . i couldnt refuse. the food came omg. the chicken littles was fresh the pickles was cold as they post to be. The even cleab they soda machines you can taste the cleaness

Went right before 9PM and the chicken tenders were so old that you could literally crack a tooth. Don’t know who to complain to but I’ll be pursuing a refund here. Wild.

Called 2 days ahead to place an order for 12 nursing home residents. Spoke to manager Reggie who said he'd be in. Came to pick it up and he was not there and they had no record of the order. They called him and he didn't remember talking to me. So with my time constraints I had to wait for everything. Very disappointing. They didn't even really offer an apology or a reason. We will not use KFC again for the resident Lunch Bunch.

Came in during the late evening and was waiting behind another customer. The customer and the employee at the register or enjoying themselves and goofing around while I was waiting to place my order. Almost 10 minutes go by and I'm still having to wait. Both the employee and The woman I believe was the manager both see me waiting and an offer no sign of apology or care that I was still waiting. After frustration finally kicked in I left and spent my money elsewhere.

We're ordered family bucket twice and and first and second request side of ketchup and hot sauce never get it and half of the bucket they gave you small pieces over charged never experienced something like this with any other branch be careful with this location!!!
