Are the employees taking the big pieces of chicken home? Or eating them for lunch, leaving the less desirable pieces for the customers? I purchased an 8 piece mixed family meal on 1.18.26. The wing was the length of my index finger— 3 inches with no meat.. The drum stick was 4.2 inches long —-with no meat. Oh I measured them because I was shocked that they would serve this or serve this without adding a couple of more pieces to make up the difference. I’m not sure if this is because of the staff that they are hiring or lack of respect for the community they serve, but this is ridiculous. With the number of fast food restaurants that have HAD a good reputation but are now CLOSED, this one is probably next.
Hire quality staff that understands Customer Service and or stop taking the better parts of the chicken home to feast. If there was a place on here to upload pictures, I would have because I took them. Owner or franchiser, look at your store.. You will be out of business like your competitors . Someone is cheating the customer, taking tre the food for themselves or you need to purchase better chicken. I sure wish I could have uploaded a picture. I was too tired to go back over there once I got home to complain and get a refund.

Bad Service Terrible old oil when i got there i finally went to KFC tonight then i pick up an chicken sandwich and it was absolutely disgusting vomiting on the floor So don’t go anywhere. 🤮

unfortunately this is my local KFC unfortunate because the service always sucks. I always order on the app. the food is never ready when I inquired about that they said you make it so it's hot when you get here. when i ask what the purpose of ordering online for if I have to wait anyway they had no answer. every other chain has your food ready when you order ahead of time. other KFC's have your order ready when you order ahead of time crappy KFC 7 to 10 minutes after I ordered ahead of time. the tenders at the back of the little skinny tenders but that isn't a reflection of them at the location it's a reflection of the chain

I haven't been in a KFC so many years. 2/20/2025 went there. A 6 pieces meals over $20. Eggs is so over Price as KFC Chicken. A family 8 pieces is like $50🫣
Ordered my meal 30 minutes ahead online just to find out that it wasn’t even ready after waiting and additional 10 minutes in the drive through line only for me to wait another 6 minutes for everything to get prepared come on

Typical fast food spacious KFC location friendly staff seems like the quality inn size of the chickens are not what they used to be but this location was pretty good compared to others I've been to lately. I really don't know why I only want the chicken and I have to pay more for it I don't want this side I don't want the drink I don't want the meal. Don't know why they have a la carte pricing... I know it's a business. But .... Come on $8 for two pieces of chicken.

so i went there the whole experince was pleasent. i worked fast food and my manager say make surw you upsale. the gentle on the headset ask would i like a large for some exact amount more . i couldnt refuse. the food came omg. the chicken littles was fresh the pickles was cold as they post to be. The even cleab they soda machines you can taste the cleaness
