I placed a mobile order on a Wednesday in December, and I usually count on KFC for a quick, easy meal. Unfortunately, this location really missed the mark. The staff kept prioritizing delivery drivers while customers standing there waiting were ignored, and no one explained the delays. It made for a frustrating experience, and it’s not what I expect from KFC. I really hope management or corporate steps in, because this location needs attention. I can’t recommend it until things improve.

I went to KFC on Military Trail just north of Atlantic Ave tonight at 7:40 after a long days work thinking “oh a nice Pot Pie would be so good.!” So I bought 2 one for myself snd one for my husband and a large Mac and cheese. This was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! The filling on the inside was so dried out from cooking ALL DAY it was like paste and so unbelievably salty it was inedible! The MAC and Cheese was also dried out and the container was no where near filled. Shame on you KFC for treating customers this way and for hiring people to work for you that don’t either know better or don’t care. I will NEVER eat there again. I. The trash that slop went. What a waste of $20 and I still have to make dinner thanks for nothing!

Took my 2 years old granddaughter to KFC for food because she is under the weather. I purchased the $5.00 meal (two legs and mac & cheese) and a chicken pot pie. My granddaughter began to eat the M&C when I noticed something dark inside the clear container. Lord behold, dead roaches. I called the restaurant to complain to the manager, I was advised no one manager was available and the person answered the phone di d not speak english well enough to understand my complaint. I was so pissed, because my 2 years old granddaughter is already not feeling well, and she was exposed and ingested a freaking roach. I filed a complaint with the Health Department and DBPR...
