I would give this place way less than 1 star after tonight! I have been coming here for over 4 years and never ever have i been so taken aback. After purchasing 3 ice creams and standing outside i was asked to come back inside and prove my payment. Which i happily did, embarrassed to say that i tipped . Gabby i guess the manager is a homophobe and couldn't take the site of son and son in law in her place of work. Thanks Gabby and Kilwins ... we will NEVER. Ever be back. However if Meghan ever leaves i will follow her anywhere, being that Gabby was such a coward and made Meghan come out to prove our payment and than she hid in the back Thanks Meghan you are a kind human !

Great dessert place located on the Atlantic Ave! I ordered the chocolate malt milkshake and it's quite frankly the best milkshake I have ever had! Very very good. My girlfriend is a fan of the s'mores flavor that they have! Delicious. What's nice is that there is a ton of free samples in here! Little packaged chocolates available on the counter for you to try! was also able to sample some of the fudge before we bought it and brought it home! Everythjng here is good! Smells amazing inside of the store. So many different ice cream flavors to choose from, there is truly something for everybody in here!
Update- You responded with a solution and asked me to call the store, which I did. they told me that they knew about the problem, but I had to call back when the day manager was in the shop.I will not do that because a) I work also, and b) they knew about it and did not want to do what you said they would. More disappointment and I am not chasing an apple.Usually, I am a huge fan of this location. I have written great reviews in the past. The staff are great, and the food is usually excellent. But yesterday, I was ill, and my beautiful wife decided to cheer me up with my favorite caramel apple. She took a trip to get one here, which is not close to my house.When she got home, the apple was utterly rotten, so it was tossed. Of course, we were surprised, but we have to be more careful from now on. Kilwin please do not use rotten fruit when making our treats. I never did get my treat.

I love getting ice cream at Kilwins because they also sell chocolates.The staff is always very accommodating when I request a pretzel dipped in dark chocolate be crushed and put in the cup before my ice cream. What a treat!

I was going to drop some serious cash in this place but the woman behind the counter refused to sell me any truffles by the pound (they sell them by the pound) and instead directed me to the pre packed assortments. Guess I’ll go elsewhere to buy gifts while I’m in Delray Beach.
