The almond croissant was very good. The cappuccino wasn’t good, but it’s understandable considering the tiny consumer machine she’s got to work with. The location is very small, so don’t plan on eating there.

What an incredible experience! I truly can’t find the words to describe how it feels to walk in to Maison Bouchard. We were greeted like family and guided to the most delicious breakfast that we have had in a cafe in years! The vegetable quiche and croissant sandwich with béchamel cream were phenomenal! The owner of the bakery took the time to freshly warm and split the two items that we ordered so that we could both try each item! I am in awe of this hidden gem on the edge of downtown Delray!!

First time in, the owner herself (at least I think she was the owner) helped us decide what to get and made sure to split what we got into two portions for me and my boyfriend to enjoy. The croissant breakfast sandwich was to DIE FOR and the vegetable quiche (which was her recommendation) was fabulous! There were only 3 people in the store working and each of them brought such a friendly attitude to the atmosphere. I loved the music playing above… I don’t have enough nice things to say!! Will definitely be back!

Alain and his pastries are the very best!!! Fantastic. The owner, Alain, is a true gentleman and a great baker. He puts his heart and soul into everything he bakes! The pistachio Eclair is to divine. The chef specifically gets his Pistachios from France and you will never eat anything more fabulous than this! The French bakery doesn't hold a candle to Maison Bouchard.

Everything is excellent, service, quality , confection of product A1, not enough parking , not seats or tables , but the croissants, almond croissants, pastries, Quiches , Sandwiches, cookies , brioche, baguettes and Sour dough , oh do not forget the coffee, they use Lavazza....wow , incredible, feel like in France , if someone said something opposite is because never been in France or Maison Bouchard bakery and pastry shop , the chef and staff knows what they doing. Mr Alain Bouchard, the Chef is a pastry Chef with many years of experience, as well of knowledge. The best of everything , all his products are fresh, made the same day , if you drive by Delray Beach , you could smell when they are cooking and see them in person , the kitchen is open .
