Love this pizza, not the super thin crust, but the medium, regular crust is very good. Tasty sauce, plenty of cheese, extra good pepperoni. The thin pizza may be great for some folks, but I like a chewy crust.

Ordered delivery online. When pizza had not shown up 20 minutes past delivery time, I called the store only to be told my delivery was waiting to be picked up by door dash. Pizza finally arrived 45 minutes after original estimated time and was barely warm. If I wanted to use door dash, I would have ordered through them. If Marco’s can’t provide their own delivery, they need to remove it as an option for online ordering. I chose delivery to save myself time and it ended up wasting my time. Will not be ordering delivery again until you stop using a third party.

They use Door Dash. In all the years I have tried doordash I HAVE NEVER gotten a Delivery with what I ordered. NOT ONCE. Screw any Pizza joint that uses DoorDash... First order ever from Marco's Missing Items... NEVER AGAIN. They dont even advertise that they use doordash as Delivery on their website and you only find out after you give them your money. Lost a customer For good. Get BENT🖕
My 2 pizzas got delivered and they look like multiple pizzas were put together to make them. Pizzas are supposed to be round and these were all different sizes not even close to round. Worst presentation. Looks like they are pulling a chuck-e-cheese and recycling old pizzas.

I recently went to Marcos with my boyfriend and during the duration of waiting for our pizza, we noticed that none of the staff members wore gloves OR washed their hands before preparing food. One member went from folding boxes and stocking paper products straight to preparing food for other customers. Did not take the time to wash their hands.
To find that the two employees were too busy talking to each other to realize they gave us thw wrong pizza from what we ordered and paid for.
On another note, I understand that some work places allow you to play music to help you focus or help the time move by faster, but I do think it's inappropriate to play gang rap music in the store. Just for the simple reason that you are representing your service and the company you are working for. If it was a cleaner music it wouldn't be so bad.
Long story short, we got the wrong pizza from what we paid for and nobody washed their hands once in the whole 30 minutes we were in the store. I will not be returning. Marcos was really good the first time, but the 2nd time was not as great.

The driver didn’t give my daughter her salad. We called right away and the driver was supposed to turn around and get it to us. No one comes, so then we called and they said they’ll have one sent out. After waiting over an hour with no salad, we called back and all they have to say is “sorry, here’s a credit for the salad.” So now my daughter doesn’t have dinner. And it’s too late because she has to get to bed for soccer the following day. Don’t order delivery.
