Website says it closes at 12am, actually closes at 11:15 so they can go home. Tried to order at 11:20 and they turned us away

Ordered a big breakfast , but when I got it, the hot cakes were missing. Ask about it, they said you have to mention that you want the hot cakes. So I said fine, I’ll pay the price difference of $1 to get it. She wanted to over charge me $4. I said never mind and left. This place is horrible. Of all the years I’ve gone here, I think they got my order correct maybe a couple of times. They are always stealing hash browns or meat patties from bigmacs or double sandwiches. Then when you ask them about it, they make it seem like you stole it. Lol

Walked in, ordered from the Kiosh, and waited almost 15 minutes for 2 cheese burgers ? and a sprite, 15 minutes. Disgraceful, the woman in the front just kept yelling, "You have to be patient, it's just me" never coming to this location again. It seemed they take care of the drive through before anything else.

The cashier entered my order incorrectly and instead of correcting the order I was told to pull to the side. I then had to go inside to get the remainder of my order and instead of apologizing they wanted me to pay for their mistakes. I returned the order and went to Burger King and it took less than 5 minutes. Whereas, they wasted 30 minutes of my time and made me late for work over 2 hash browns.
