Very slow service (12 min for a McChicken meal).
When I complained about the service the server at the window just started laughing and brushed me off.
Bad service and inappropriate attitude towards the customer.

Went to use the men's room after finishing my meal seated inside. As I opened the door, a young male quickly exited, at the time, I thought nothing of it and proceeded to do my business when all of a sudden the fire alarm started blaring and a female employee barged in yelling NO SMOKING, NO SMOKING!!!!

I yelled back, "I'm not smoking. Two more employees entered, a male and another female. I became very upset at the accusations and said search me, if you'd like and began to exit the restroom. I said you better be sure if you're going to accuse me of something and have females enter the men's room while someone is in the process of using the facility! Maybe you should find the young male who quickly exited as I was entering.

I then said, Please, go ahead and dial 911, I would like a sheriff the respond so there would be a police report of how a female barged into the men's restroom accusing me of something!

Needless to say, as I was leaving, the manager quickly approached and began to offer several apologies.

Unbelievable!! You'll not see me again

The restaurant is very clean but the service in trying to place an order with a person is always a wait. Then there is a language barrier issue while placing the order. Then it takes up to 10 minutes to get your order. There is never enough staff it seems to help the customers. They want you to either use their app or kiosk .

Thank you for the best Double cheeseburger with Only pickle, onion and cheese!!
I have been going to McDonald’s since 1972!

Nobody to take your order. The machine was down. Finally we ordered and we had to wait 15 minutes for a plain burger. It’s not like the restaurant was crowded, there was couple tables with people eating and nobody else waiting or ordering. Terrible service. To top it off, when they gave us our order, the waiter just laughed at us when we asked why it took so long.😡😡😡

The drive thru workers are rude and unprofessional. The comments below are not lying. Please make sure to check your bags when leaving the drive thru because we ordered 3 meals and didn’t get the fries. I know they say if you want great customer service go to chik fil a and if you want ride nasty customer service go to McDonald’s. Well this McDonald franchise needs to do a friendly training with all employees

The cashier consistently rounds up the bill to donate to the Ronald McDonald house without permission. Advised management of this and was told the teams have contests to see who can get the most donations.

Very impersonal. Not a customer friendly atmosphere. No hospitality from any McDonald's for a very long time. All management and staff at all McDonald's seem to have an extreme lack of training. Very disappointed in McDonald's for many years. Chick-fil-A seems to understand hospitality and the value of a satisfied customer by the Very long lines to get their delicious food. McDonald's needs to fire several executives and managers who all are dead asleep at the wheel!!!!!

I experienced a very uncomfortable situation with the drive-thru attendant. First, he was rude over the speaker via the drive-thru. I pulled up to the window, paid, and asked for a receipt. He gave me back my credit card and my receipt. As I was putting my credit card away in my wallet, he yelled at me, and told me to drive forward. I said, just a minute. Then, he told me to relax. I could not believe this man was harassing me. I pulled up to the second window and asked the girl for a manager and not the guy who was in the drive-thru. I specifically told her I do not want to talk to him. Well, he comes to the window and says he is the store manager and his name is Danny and then starts recording me. This guy is creepy and feels the need to intimidate and put down women. Very unprofessional!
