I received a text from.the owner saying they need more information so they can help. My suggestion is hire new managers and people that can orders correct. Don't waste your time at this establishment unless you want to wait forever to receive the wrong order.

Unacceptable Food Quality & Dismissive Service
My visit to this location was extremely disappointing. I ordered two Spicy McChickens and a medium fry for dine-in. Food Quality was Unacceptable: Both McChickens tasted old, with the chicken being hard and rubbery. The fries were cold, bland, and completely unsalted. I was unable to eat the meal. Dismissive Service: When the employee brought the food to the table, they were entirely dismissive, not making eye contact and simply rushing off. I paid for fresh food and received old, inedible food combined with rude service. I left the entire untouched meal on the tray return, which should signal how poor the quality was. I hope management addresses this issue with food preparation and basic customer service.

Just flew in from NY to visit my inlaws was starving after the flight came in here for literally a 10 piece nugget placed my order at 2:11 it’s now literally 2:30 and still waiting lmao I have never seen service like this before

Big breakfast sausage uncooked eggs cold. Gave me no jelly, ketchup gave me syrup. Biscuit. Cold. $8.54 Threw in garbage. Worst meal Ever!!!! Gave them 1 more chance, pancakes Cardboard, ICE COLD. Don't Go there. Worst McDonald's EVER. Beware. 2 inedible meals

If I can rate this a 0 I would. I ordered DoorDash from McDonald’s and asked my DoorDasher to tell them to add ketchup and salt in the bag.. and for the drink to be no ice. They stated they couldn’t open the bag anymore which is a dumb excuse because you can. However, I said okay. And asked if they can just put the ketchup and salt in a small bag and regularly seal it up and hand it to my dasher, they started arguing with my door dasher and saying they couldnt speak to him and just being utterly disrespectful and this was the MANAGER. This McDonald’s is so unprofessional and disgusting.
The A/C is set to a very cool temperature, it makes eat at this place uncomfortable. I ask to raise it and received an ugly response.
