I swear I've never seen a McDonalds slower than this location. Its like they have the sloths from Benders Farm working. Literally 10 minutes on drive thru for 1 McChicken sandwich. The McDonald brothers are rolling in their graves.

I was highly insulted by a foreign older man because I wasn't satisfied with timely service, also was insulted because I was given the wrong change back and asked for proper amount, then I was also insulted with him saying this country was a sub standard country and that the one he was from was above America, he also called me an immigrant as well as my parents, myself and my parents were born here. That man should not be allowed to work at McDonald's nor anywhere in Amercia since he cant count and doesn't have respect for this country or its customers. This took place on 7/31 at approximately 1045 pm .

We had to ask for napkins, straws, ketchup and our drinks. All brought separately as did everyone else in the place. One man had to ask 3 times for a spoon for his ice cream sunday he ordered.. Really bad service. Never again!

As usual I go and pick up my order which is supposed to be made when you arrive. Cold fries yet again and the large i paid for is half full of fries. Watched the girl taking my money touching her face, her lips, her hair then not washing her hands before handling food and drinks. Not very happy it's the same issue each time I go there.

We ordered our food thru the drive thru We got home our tea was unsweetened when we clearly ordered sweet tea . Our food was nasty the fries were old and hard . That’s my first and last time ordering from that restaurant
I was there for 20 minutes waiting for a delivery order, which in itself is unacceptable. In the 20 minutes I waited there were 5-6 people that had issues with their order. Every issue was met with, confrontation, eye rolls, and terrible communication and customer service. I was embarrassed for the staff as they seemed unbothered by their incompetents. Every well meaning customer left their angry over simple, easily avoidable mistakes. After I finally got my order after 20 minutes they realized it had been done 10 m I nutes ago but the manager fulfilling the orders did not bring it to the front and just left it in the back out of sight. Infuriating! If you don't want your day ruined do not come here. The worst part is they wear masks so it's very hard to understand them because they're muffled and we can't read their lips. T

Ordered 6 hashbrowns. Got all the way home only had 4 hashbrowns. It is an absolute huge inconvenience not to have the food you Ordered when you get home. How hard is it to just fill the customer's order..I also had to ask for the apple juice box that I ordered as well. Drive thru was not busy at all so that is no excuse!!! If I did not have to get ready for church, I would go back. Also the lady who was working the Drive thru did not even give me a receipt. PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER AND DO WHAT IS ASKED AND EXPECTED OF YOU....FILL THE ORDERS CORRECTLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
