i went to Menchie's last night , while they was getting to lock the door. The young lady went to the lock the door and saw us standing, she didn't have to open the door but she did I was happy that she did cause I promised my kids dessert tonight. For the store to be closing the employe kept the store very cleaned thank you for that. Now to the new flavors that we got was cherry sobert it taste just like the regular bompop with some dole pineapple best combination with coconut on top. My daughter got the cake batter chocolate with chocolate kisses on top she enjoyed iT. Thank you guys for letting us come in we will be coming back Menchies

Hi owner, I saw a response to a review 3 months ago and said he was being harsh. He was being nice. I'm here now having a frozen yogurt. It's good but the place is absolutely dirty. I also wonder what's dirty where the eye can't see. The napkin holder on the table I'm at has dried ice cream dripping down it and god knows what else. This company was on undercover boss a few years ago. Apparently he needs to come to the Delray location and clean it up.

Really disappointed with my experience last evening. Two of the flavors were not available ironically when I entered the store. Only a few flavors were available and once I paid, I really was disappointed with my order and cost. It was very awful texture of frozen yogurt to say the least

Went to Menchies Sunday night memorial day weekend around 8:45PM. There were two people working the store. Several flavors were empty and when i finally found one that wasn't, the yogurt came out like liquid. A young man rang up our order and when we reached for spoons, there was only one. We asked if they could get us spoons and the young lady at the other register (not ringing anyone up) gave us a dirty look and acted like getting us spoons was the last thing on earth she wanted to do. She reluctantly reached into a cabinet and grabbed only 5 spoons - even though both spoon holders were empty - and then dropped them in the container with an attitude. My wife loves menchies, but if the employees are going to be openly hostile we will gladly take our business elsewhere.

Possible health hazard: There this weekend; store was filthy with dirt, food and papers on the floor; every yogurt machine was covered in yogurt drippings that looked like they were there all day; the counter where the nuts and candy were, was covered with same; one of the yogurt machine dispensed yogurt that was almost liquid...this place looks like a haven for bacteria...makes you wonder if they are even cleaning their machines inside and out and keeping at proper temperature,; Menchies corporate reply was they would pass on comments to the owner..but the owner of the store apparently doesn't care or the store never would be in this condition.

I ordered from these folks the other day, via Uber Eats. I have to say, I was extremely happy with the results. They packed the order up with care, it was obvious. Also, i was really floored at teh size of their Large. It was massive. Thank guys! Great work!

All of my frozen yogurt flavors were icy and I hate that. I had 4 of them. Of course no samples anymore so I didn't know until I was done and paid. When I machine is icy that means it's been sitting in the machine for a long time. The toppings were good and I the place was clean

Having fond memories of visiting a Menchie's in LA, I was shocked by the reviews I saw on Yelp. So, I decided to see for myself. This store was immaculate. The tables outside were 100% clean. The young man working there could not have been any more delightful! It was fun mixing my own yogurt flavors together and adding a little of a few different toppings. Glad I went to check it for myself. Will be back!
