Great local bar. We were down here for a wedding on the weekend. The irish guy Steve gave us the full irish experience and even gave us a tutorial on how to pour the perfect pint of the black stuff. Myself and my girlfriends are vacationing in dublin next month and he hooked us up with his friend in a bar there,we are super excited.

Great atmosphere. They treat you like you belong as soon as you walk through the doors. The cocktails were great, and the staff was professional and courteous. Connor made our day.

O’Connor’s Irish Pub is a delightful gem that truly encapsulates the warmth and charm of Ireland. From the moment you step inside, you are greeted with a cozy atmosphere, complete with rustic wooden beams and traditional Irish decor that makes you feel right at home.

The staff at O’Connor’s are incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to recommend a drink or dish from their extensive menu. Speaking of the menu, the food is simply fantastic! Their shepherd's pie is a must-try, rich and hearty, and pairs perfectly with a pint of their expertly poured Guinness. The pub also offers a variety of other Irish classics, ensuring that there’s something for everyone.

What sets O’Connor’s apart is its vibrant community feel. The pub often hosts live music nights, showcasing local talent and creating a lively atmosphere that makes you want to stay and enjoy the night. Whether you're there for a casual drink with friends or a fun night out, O’Connor’s always delivers an unforgettable experience.

Mikey is a great bartender also easy on the eyes.

Great bartender and beer, but the quality of the food was way below that of a real Irish Pub.

The quintessential locals bar in Delray. Coming from a newcomer. Genuine local people serving drinks and making awesome food, no one is here to get rich but they will get you drunk. Pace yourself and give respect and you’ll have an awesome time here!

No, you should never remove the foam with a spoon when pouring a proper Guinness. The creamy head is an essential part of the experience. A proper Guinness pour follows the “two-part pour” method:
1. Tilt the glass at a 45-degree angle and fill it about three-quarters full.
2. Let it settle for about 90 seconds until the nitrogen bubbles create the signature cascade effect and a creamy head forms.
3. Top it off by slowly filling the rest of the glass straight down, creating a smooth, domed head.

The foam is meant to stay and adds to the taste and texture of the beer.
