Worst meal service of my life. Where do I even begin...
Took us over an hour to place our food order. Plates and dishes were being dropped and shattered multiple times throughout that time creating an atmosphere of chaos.
If you like bread being served shortly after you are seated this is not the place. Bread took over an hour to come out and it wasn't even our bread. It was bread that was intended for another table who had gotten up and left because their food took way to long to arrive.
Food was finally ordered and arrived but the chicken was dryer than the saraha desert. No salt. All char.
It was just fumble after fumble the entire night.
Avoid this restaurant at all costs.
There IS a reason there are so many 1 star reviews.

Red flags from the start. Carts full of dirty dishes sat in the main parlor. Dirty dishes sat on tables in the secondary room. We had reservations for 730 but sat in like for 15-20 minutes waiting to be sat. The wait staff was angry cause a fellow water took his table that we were sitting at. Waiters running around aimlessly. When were we're finally seated wewaited about 20 minutes to take drinks which were $10 for a bottle of beer. $16 for 1 glass of wine. After 45 mins we got our appetizer of cold uncooked calimari which was $26.Then we hit the hour mark the couple next to us waited 1.5 hours and never got there appetizers. So they got up and left. Minutes later we followed they were not sure when our food was coming so we ended up leaving and going somewhere else. Not sure we will return..

Management Failed This Restaurant Completely
This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had, but I want to be clear: our server did her absolute best under impossible circumstances. The blame falls entirely on management for catastrophically understaffing the restaurant.
We waited over an hour just to place our order. During our meal, multiple glasses shattered - apparently they were running so short on glassware that our drinks kept arriving in whatever random glasses were available. We never received some items we ordered, and at one point were brought another table’s food by mistake.
Basic items like bread had to be requested and took forever to arrive. When it came, it was stale. Our entrees were missing sides they were supposed to include. Water glasses sat empty all night. We were told a dish would be removed from our bill, then were charged for it anyway.
Our server was clearly drowning, trying to cover far too many tables with zero support. She deserves so much better than being set up to fail like this.
Management: adequately staff your restaurant. Your employees and customers both deserve better than this disaster. Until they fix their staffing issues, I’d recommend eating elsewhere.

The food was excellent and the ambiance felt peaceful and beautiful. We had the most amazing redheaded server who was so patient and wonderful, would definitely come again just for the service we received from her!

Really enjoyed my Cesar salad and sauted calamari. Well made generous martini. Comfortable bar to sit at and have dinner overlooking dining room and sidewalk. Nice just slightly off the crazy of Atlantic Ave. Seems like mature professional staff. Bartender was courteous but not overly friendly.

Great Service, Delicious food, lively ambience with background music. Table setting beautiful, candlelight accent. Wonderful staff friendly warm welcome.
It was a busy night there and we ate in the brick room with chandeliers and great atmosphere. However, the noise level was so overwhelming that it distracted from the experience. Service was a bit slow and waitress was ok but not much personality and not very polished in her interactions. Appetizers were great and the shrimp with pappardelle was excellent. Veal in the veal/pasta dish was very good but the pasta had a bland sauce that didn't standout. Prices for wine by the glass were ridiculously high, so we selected cocktails instead. Overall, more pricey than OpenTable website lists and service not up to the level it should be.
The place was cute, but the food was bland. We had mussels and a pasta dish. Both were relatively tasteless, a bit salty, and pricey for what they were. The server was very busy -- it was Christmas evening at 630pm, and she had the entire patio. She was amazing. If the food were better, I would try it again, but given that there are so many options in Delray, I likely will not return.
Mediocre food and stupid wine prices with the outdoors in front of the railroad/ train to Miami and back. Good service, but this is not Italian food or whatever their friends reviews say. Avoid this place for any significant celebrations. The only thing ok was a burger and ok service
Excellent happy hour! The food and drink was a good value. And Miguel was attentive and an excellent server.

Olio is hands down one of the best restaurants I’ve ever visited! The flavors are fresh and creative, the service is friendly and attentive, and the ambiance is cozy yet sophisticated. Every dish was a delight—I can’t recommend it enough!
Olio is always warm and friendly with good service and great food . Just off Atlantic Ave it's in a perfect spot . Eat indoor , outdoor , or at the bar with John !
Olio is a culinary gem that deserves all the good things people say about it. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with an atmosphere that's both elegant and inviting. The staff was amazing and everything I ate was beyond delicious! If you're ever in Delray Beach, you must try Olio!
The blackened mahi with black beans over rice was such a hit! I will return soon because of my wonderful experience at this little gem of a restaurant.
