Great food. Had a new server who was very nice but had a lot to learn. Wine list was very good but rather expensive compared to other restaurants selling similar labels and vintage. Really enjoyed the overall experience though. We were a party of 7 and everyone raved about their food. We're going back.

"My visit to Olio was a disappointment. I ordered the shrimp scampi and the Barada, but the wait times were incredibly long, and the service was lackluster. The staff seemed disorganized and inattentive, leaving me waiting much longer than expected for my meal. When the food finally arrived, the shrimp was overcooked and underwhelming. Overall, my experience at Olio was not worth the wait, and I would not recommend this restaurant."

We loved our dinner! Tucked away on a charming corner with beautiful indoor/outdoor seating. The options are lovely. David our waiter was fantastic. John the manager was equally lovely. Such a wonderful experience!

Awful on every level. Confused staff and service but the food is subpar. Best advice: Don't go.

I thought prices were too high. Most entrees were in the upper $30 range and more. Food was ok. I ordered veal dish and pasta was overcooked. Cocktails were ridiculously priced, $18! Beer $10. Waitress could have been more attentive to earn our $75 tip for 6 people. I won't be returning since it's not a good value for me to spend $170 for 2.

Olio is located just off Atlantic ave on Del Ray. This matters because it means that it is potentially quieter than restaurants located on Atlantic. The evening we were there it was quiet. Service was friendly and professional. The food was quite good. Especially the pasta which was delicious.

We've been here four or five times and always have had great meal and experience. This most recent trip they changed the menu and took off a number of options and we only ended up staying for a drink a salad and a flatbread that was basically something like an airport pizza. The flatbread pizza was terrible tasted like cardboard and the toppings were overcooked. With the reduced menu options, we paid our check and we left and probably will not go back.

Not expecting much we were pleasantly surprised. The only reason I took off 1 star was in the room next to our table was an extremely LOUD group of firemen at the shouting level. We asked several times for the door to be closed but no one responded. Otherwise everything was very good

First and last time in Olio restaurant. The waiter must have been high. He was totally incompetent. Mixing up orders, , took an hour to get main courses, No salt on the table, he said there is only one cheese dispenser for the whole restaurant. Dinner took 4 hours and we had to repeatedly ask for water and bread!

Everything was just perfect. Had a drink at the bar waiting for the rest of our party to arrive. The bartender Conner was so awesome we almost stayed there for dinner. We were seated on time at this cool circle table all different chairs this place is decorated so cool so many things to look at. The food came out and omg it was soooo delicious everyone was raving about it We went back to the bar after dinner for a cocktail, was perfect night definitely be back.

We went to olio for my husband's 80th birthday with six of our friends and we will never go back. We live here all year and have gone there before but tonight was disasterous. We arrived at 6:30 and we did not leave until 1030 because of the wait for our food. Our waiter was pleasant, but when we complain to the manager actually two managers, they were unfeeling and acted like they couldn't care less. I ordered Vals piccata, and the veal was thick and tasteless. We had to wait on water, bread, drinks, salt, etc. All in all a horrible dining experience for the eight of us, and none of us will ever be back. To add insult to injury, I parked in the lot adjacent to the restaurant which has a two hour minimum at $30 per two hours and I had to put another $30 in because of the delay in getting our food so the parking cost $60! Wine was $15-$17 a glass! The carpaccio appetizer was like none we have ever seen. It didn't even look like carpaccio!

We went to dinner here for my parents 52nd anniversary and everything from the service to the food ...perfect. Some tough critics in our party and they all left smiling and praising the whole experience!

Food was very good. Service was extremely slow and disorganized. Meals came out to our party at different times. No communication from restaurant or offer to compensate in some way (some gesture such as comp dessert ) would have been appropriate We sat at 7:30. Ordered apps around 8 that we did not receive until after 9 pm Desserts served 20 minutes after coffee. ? Dinner lasted until 10:30 Disappointing service . We were here last year and had a better experience.

The food was very good. Service was very slow. It took 1 1/2 to receive our order, and It was not a busy Tuesday night. They forgot to take an order for someone in our party...
