the food is ok , the customer service is ok, they take too long to prepare the food ,if it is your lunch break i would recommend ordering ahead. the delivery fee is 4.00 , too expensive if you ordering for one person. Overall it is decent for a quick lunch. It is better then fast food .
I love Panera Breads food but I can’t understand why they are they partnering up with Doordash and making their Doordash employees deliver Panera food that I order from the app, Panera hires employees to deliver food peoples homes and/or work jobs so they Panera should be paying their employees to deliver their food to people that order from their app not Doordash.
Got the oatmeal and an ice coffee! Everything went smooth and was a great coffee!
A delivery took 30 minutes longer than the time span expected. The actual store is 5 minutes from us. We ordered at 12:40 our food came at 1:53pm ?
Please, nobody ever go back to this establishment! I had a horrible experience yesterday evening where I was faced with RACIAL DISCRIMINATION AND DISRESPECT from the general manager, “Amy Parker!” I’m writing this review a day after the scenario transpired because I wanted to give myself a chance to calm down before writing out of pure disgust and frustration towards her actions on Panera’s behalf.
I cannot accurately put in to words how incompetent the management and staff are at this location. I ordered from the Delray store shortly before closing and my order consisted of (3) chipotle chicken avocado melts and (3) cups of summer corn chowder. First off, the staff seemed generally displeased with the fact that we were there shortly before closing as we ordered 8:40 through the mobile app. And at 8:58, while waiting for our food to be done, We were informed that the store was closing in 2 minutes, as if we were just standing there because we liked the view. I actually saw the cashier cleaning up and putting things away when i saw that our food was done, sitting there, and had to ask her if it was mine. Employees in the store were rude, unwelcoming, and lacked the necessary customer service skills of someone "working" in the food service industry.Upon our arrival back at home, we emptied the bag to find out that all three (sandwiches) were different. One was on the right type of roll but was missing the avocado. The other was on poorly toasted slice bread with barely any chicken. The last (chipotle chicken) sandwich was actually a pathetic interpretation of what could be categorized as a grilled cheese. It was literally a slice of cheese between two undersized pieces of toast, completely missing the rest of the ingredients. To top it off, everything was cold. Needless to say, we did contact the restaurant, and were informed since they were now closed we could return to the restaurant tomorrow for them to rectify the situation. Regardless of any accommodations they might make tomorrow, i spent 60 dollars on a sorry excuse of a meal, solely due to the carelessness of employees. I recommend that upper management closely examine the procedures of the staff at this location, and take measures to ensure that such a poor level of service is not a common occurrence..
I enjoy visiting this Panera store. The store is clean, and the staff is friendly while being accommodating. The food is tasty and fresh & served in a timely manner. If you haven't been to this Panera store you should go. It's worth it.
Food is decent here, social distancing observed, if only they could figure out how to make the process faster..
The best place to have your breakfast, brunch or dinner. They make good coffee and you can refill any of the beverages on the fountain or the coffee station the many times you want. People is so nice... The always welcome and have kind words for every customer. Delivery service through uber eats or their own app is the best, they always are on time... I could notice that drivers have good training.
Common Panera! How many complaints of inappropriate behavior of a manager are needed for a reprimand! The manager is extremely rude and lacks customer service skills. Yelling at a customer over an order discrepancy is UNACCEPTABLE . Refusing to issue a refund for food that wasn’t prepared for a rapid order is an example of the sloppy service given by this store. Never again.

Worst Panera Bread experience in my life. The manager Hailey and her staff member Katelynn are horrid, unprofessional and a disgrace to the Panera franchise. They deserve fired! Avoid this location.
Great place to have lunch. I love getting their black bean soup in a bread bowl. The service is always fast and the food is always fresh. The price is good for a decent lunch or dinner.
I eat here often. Great location. Super clean with friendly staff.
ordered rapid pick up and when I got back to the office, the salad I ordered had no chicken on it. Called the store and the manager Amy said she would give me a free pick two for the inconvenience. I immediately went back to the store to get what I ordered and Amy made no offer of the free pick two, a pastry....nothing. Just I'm sorry and made the salad that I paid for in the first place. It was very discouraging to have to go back to get my lunch, to not be given what was promised or even an offer to deliver to my office. I order lunch here a lot, most of the times it is ok...today was rather disappointing.
Bready everything. Not much in the way of meat in sandwiches. Selling Flour is profitable and ergo popular. Pastry and cookies sub-par/basically tasteless. I'd rather have Pizza (or Whole Foods real breads) for my starch ration.
