My experience at this Panera was amazing! Patty the cashier at the counter makes the experience! She was lovely and sweet and took my order with so much patience bc I didn’t know what I wanted. She even reminded me if I wanted a pastry and I actually did! I wanted to eat outside and after she asked if I needed help taking my food outside! I really love going to this Panera bc Patty makes it easy and warm! Thank you Patty!

Negative zero stars if that were an option.
This is by far the worst Clean Eatz location I’ve ever been to. My order was wrong THREE times — not once, not twice, but three. I had to correct it repeatedly and even drive around twice just to still end up with the wrong food.
Every single time I come to this location, my order is always wrong. No exaggeration. On top of that, the drive-through service is unbelievably slow. How is there ONE car in the drive-through for 15 minutes and you STILL mess up the order?
This isn’t a “busy day” issue this is incompetence and poor management. If you can’t handle simple orders or basic customer service, you shouldn’t be operating a drive-through.
Save your money and your time. This location is consistently disappointing and clearly doesn’t care about accuracy or efficiency.
Never a pleasant experience… I usually come here in the mornings for bagels and coffee. First of all it always takes forever. Secondly, I’m always told that I’m always coming out a wrong time or I should place online. And whenever I asked to have the bagels cut in half it’s always like I’m giving them extra work to do. Why would it take 20 minutes to order a dozen bagels and a tote of coffee? And then I’m told I should’ve ordered online… Or I should come earlier so there’s more selection… I don’t want to be told when I should come… I come whenever I come. Always starts my day off shitty every time I come here.

No utensils in the bag. Panera is way too expensive to not be giving me the things I need to eat the food.

The manager was very nice, and got the cashier so I could order my Sip Ciub Coffee. But the whole vibe was off ,Then I asked him for a Stopper stick and got my coffee and went outside.I would hope the two employees that were making food, weren't talking as much then focused on making food. But, the coffee was Amazing

I wait for over 20 minutes and they mess my order up
This is my second time, as I watch them fix the sandwiches they was wiped off their face with gloves on and they did not have a hair net on while fixing other as well as mine
They need to wear a hair net.Because the hair is long. The girl's wiping off her head and scratching her neck with the gloves on.And she's fixing the sandwiches with the same dirty gloves.

Panera has gone downhill!
They were out of bread, out of chips, and we ended up with a sad apple.
Food did not feel fresh and healthy. Avacados were hard as a rock and inedible (wish you would have just told us you were out of those too instead of adding them to our sandwhich).

The sandwich I received was missing ingredients and lacked flavor. I called to inform the manager about the issue, but the response I received was completely inappropriate for the situation. I found out that they didn’t forget the ingredient; they simply didn’t have it in stock but chose to sell the sandwich anyway. Unbelievable. They should have either informed me that the sandwich was unavailable or at least given a heads-up about the missing ingredient. After reading other reviews, it seems I should probably avoid this place in the future.
Panera Bread is a great; while their prices are not cheap, I just wasted $27 on two bland sandwiches. Given their prices, they should maintain high standards for every single guest.

Placed a large pickup order scheduled for lunch. Food was very good, wide variety of options to choose from. Pickup timing was a little off, received a text message that the food was ready to be picked up but upon going into the store the food was not yet ready. Service was good, the lady at the front was very nice.

I hadn't been to a Panera in a number of years and used the drive-thru for the first time. Five stars are reserved for very few, but my four-star rating reflects ease of ordering, transacting, and the quality of the food, which was Panerian in every way.
Nice place. Excellent service. Tiny sandwiches.
