Panera Bread

The sandwich I received was missing ingredients and lacked flavor. I called to inform the manager about the issue, but the response I received was completely inappropriate for the situation. I found out that they didn’t forget the ingredient; they simply didn’t have it in stock but chose to sell the sandwich anyway. Unbelievable. They should have either informed me that the sandwich was unavailable or at least given a heads-up about the missing ingredient. After reading other reviews, it seems I should probably avoid this place in the future.
Panera Bread is a great; while their prices are not cheap, I just wasted $27 on two bland sandwiches. Given their prices, they should maintain high standards for every single guest.

Placed a large pickup order scheduled for lunch. Food was very good, wide variety of options to choose from. Pickup timing was a little off, received a text message that the food was ready to be picked up but upon going into the store the food was not yet ready. Service was good, the lady at the front was very nice.

I hadn't been to a Panera in a number of years and used the drive-thru for the first time. Five stars are reserved for very few, but my four-star rating reflects ease of ordering, transacting, and the quality of the food, which was Panerian in every way.

Nice place. Excellent service. Tiny sandwiches.

This location is done for. Just got the new focaccia steak, mozzarella sandwich and it came on rye bread, Which fell apart in my hand. My second sandwich the fontina came on the same flimsy soggy rye bread Which was also supposed to be on a different bread. If it wasn’t 15 minutes away I would drive to get my money back. Over priced and always under delivered

The guys working there are great, very friendly and accommodating. The ambiance is lovely.
But I ordered online for the first time yesterday. Easy order: 1 poppyseed salad, the vegetarian one + 1 chocolate croissant.
I opened it at home. Full of chicken, no dressing, and no blueberries. Insane that they could mess up a simple order so badly.
Also the croissant was ice cold.
Next time I ordered online, the order was almost perfect - but my sandwich had not been heated up. I brought the unwrapped, still untouched, had not even left the store sandwich back to them and asked them to heat it please. ‘No can do, we would have to make a new one’. So they THREW AWAY my perfectly good sandwich just to make a new hot one. UGH.

Anyways, I did bring it up with the Panera online customer care and they apologized profusely and compensated me quite fairly, which is why I left 4 stars and not 1.

After a long day at work, I was really looking forward to enjoying the tuna salad sandwich I preordered—only to come home and discover I was given a vegan sandwich instead.

Extremely disappointed, Panera Bread. Because of this mistake, I wasn’t able to eat the dinner I planned for.

Super rude girl who is giving food when it’s ready , like literally wouldn’t reply “hello” back, like she hates being in that place.. oh well.. another thing the portion of my soup, 8.99 for full bowl, picture attached 😂😂😂 I mean do employees take food home -so only little bit left for customers?? 😆

Ordered the veggie sandwich and the veggies were disgusting. The tomatoes were basically mush and the lettuce was discolored and wilted. It Looked like the vegetables were from last week... I can't believe that they would even serve this.

When I told them about the sandwich they did nothing, and said nothing, and just left the sandwich on the table and didn't even offer to get me a new one.
