I needed an Italian restaurant that served the best chicken parm for my husband’s birthday. Being we are from NY, I took to Facebook in search of the regulars suggestions. There were so many choices, but we went with Papa Giuseppe’s. We were a party of 9 and we couldn’t have been more pleased.
