Papa Johns Pizza

Not only was the dude at the front disrespectful for no reason, my order was for Alfredo and pepperoni. They gave me half pepperoni half cheese with red sauce. Absolutely no reason to go to this papa John’s with all other options considered. Won’t be back, and I’ll let everyone know now to go back.

Totally pissed off spent $30 on a large half cheese and meat lovers ..1st I thinking I’ve just been scammed $30 but my mother who has stage 4 cancer wanted pizza so bad .. food delivery so there’s that extra cost .. we get the pizza HAIR IN THE SLICE that’s not even the worst part cheese toppings meat toppings all slipped right off the wet and soggy crust my mother couldn’t eat it .. now no one answers the phone to speak to manager didn’t take this long to put in my order beyond PISSED OFF

This place is a major scam!!!!! Be ware! I called one hour and a half ago spoke to this woman over the phone talked very fast with a heavy accent she took my order and confirmed my address two hours later no food nothing I call and call no answer phone goes dead. I will be disputing the charge on my card tomorrow. What a sad world we live In now even pizza shops are scamming you. What a joke. This place is only a few miles away from my house too so I’m wondering who the fake person was who answered the phone pretending to work for papa John’s in Delray Beach

I'm just going to pick up my own pizza from now on. This papa johns pizza is terrible. Twice in a row I've had bad pizza from this place. Rubbery pizza, malformed and mostly bread and half the sauce is on the box or just not in the pizza at all. On top.of which the delivery driver was being so rude and unsafe because I wouldn't give him my entry code to the apartment complex. He complained it's so hard to filter through the names to get to mine. I will never order pizza from this place ever again.

This place is the worst. It's poorly managed, and they either screw the order up, or fail to deliver in entirely. One year later...even worse.

Do not use them unless you want a soggy pizza Bad dilver and bad pizza ?

Went to pick up when they said it would be ready (20 minutes) and they hadn’t even started some of the order… meaning 2 pizzas ordered , nothing special… but 1 wasn’t even started yet.. it was like the right hand didn’t know what the left hand was doing.. they were clearly confused

Placed a online order at 12:55 for delivery
Got a e mail saying it was cancelled when I called up the manager told me it’s because they stop taking delivers at 1:00am I placed it 5 mins before he then tells me it was 12:59am when he received the order it’s not my fault the order popped up 4 mins late he then tells me he has priority’s to take care of that’s more import .. so the customers our not important ? He then hangs up on my face !!!! Very rude disrespectful even if he received it at 12:59am that’s still in the time slot !! It says nowhere on the website any information about deliver cancelled at 1:00am they charged my card and I still have not received the funds back

Ok I’m grateful that there is new management!… it had been over 2 years I had been to this location. I super love how nice these gentlemen are. I appreciate that they greet you by saying “Hi/Hello” they are really patient too and offer real suggestions to pizzas and other things for sale.

Twice in a row, they couldn't make us a pepperoni pizza. This time, we got a half sausage and plain pizza. This took over an hour, and it was a Wednesday night.

This is 'my' store and everything is normally great. Yesterday the pizza wasn't hot and they forgot to cut one of my pizzas. Luckily we have a pizza cutter so it worked out.Everybody had an off day so we'll just chalk it up to that. Oh, pizza was still good.

Ordered two pizzas and the jalapeño poppers. The poppers e good, but the pizzas were somehow overcooked but still cold when they arrived. Really disappointed for the amount of money I spent. Probably won’t buy pizza from here again.
