Ok I’m grateful that there is new management!… it had been over 2 years I had been to this location. I super love how nice these gentlemen are. I appreciate that they greet you by saying “Hi/Hello” they are really patient too and offer real suggestions to pizzas and other things for sale.
This is 'my' store and everything is normally great. Yesterday the pizza wasn't hot and they forgot to cut one of my pizzas. Luckily we have a pizza cutter so it worked out.Everybody had an off day so we'll just chalk it up to that. Oh, pizza was still good.
Pizza is always great. What I appreciate most is that they have made mistakes before, and instead of becoming defensive, blaming me, or arguing about it, they promptly fix it with a smile. That's good business practice, and I'll gladly come back to a business who knows how to act with civility. Thank you Jake and
