Little problem with door dash delivery but the store with Nick at the helm fixed all cudos to Nick great guy know how to make the customer happy btw the thin crust pizza was good

Jonas is always such a pleasant face to see. He is very kind and has the best personality. He is definitely a five star employee. Every time I go, he is there. I really feel like he needs a raise and a vacation. He works so hard! Thank you so much for everything that you do. And Joe is also fantastic!

Gross! I placed an order online which indicated my pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived 20 minutes later, I was ignored. After finally getting someone to acknowledge me, I was told the pizza would be ready in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later, I was still waiting. One of the employees, who makes the pizza, kept rubbing his head and making pizza with his gloveless hands. Yuck. I won’t be back. I asked the manager for some type of credit for my terrible experience. He was the only pleasant one there.

Pizza crust tasted like cardboard. Something is seriously wrong.

Went and ordered a pepperoni pizza. While waiting, one of the employees was picking out toppings from 2 leftover slices to accommodate a guess. His fingers were in and out of the cheese. He put more cheese to cover up what he did, he cooked it and served it, disgusting. My pizza which I got 5 minutes later and took it home only to find there were onions on a pepperoni pizza I ordered. Also after a few hours I was in the bathroom for : hours. I threw the pizza in the garbage. Never eat at Papa Joe’s again in Lake Mary, FL.

My order took 2 hours to be delivered. I received a msg saying that it was delivered but when I checked it was not at my door. I called on 2 different phones at the same time and I was on hold for 17 mins before they took my call. They said the system was glitching but the pizza was on its way. It finally arrived 2 hours later as mentioned. And the worst part is they got my order wrong. Ordered a stuffed crust cheese pizza and got a thin pepperoni pizza. Horrible horrible when I tried it It was cold and hard. Won’t order from here ever again. So disappointing if I could give it 0Stars I would.

I ordered a heart-shaped pizza for my 86 year old mother on Valentine's day. It was AWFUL. The thin crust was not crispy, but soggy and tough - as though it had been sitting around after baking. It was only slightly warm. Other than a point on one side, you could not tell it was a heart. I get that it was probably crazy busy, but don't offer a special if you can't commit to a quality product. You're getting two stars because ordering online and in advance was easy.

I go here all the time!!! Jason works tirelessly as the manager and is impressive how much he’s capable of doing for that store ! Might be a big chain but still much tastier than wood and fire or avellenos and a lot cheaper !

Had to wait an extra half hour because they were so behind. Then they forgot about me. Worst part, the pizza was so bad that my kids wouldn't eat it. Imagine how bad pizza must be for kids to not want to eat it.

Best staff and managers are so nice and take care of you. Timely delivery and great food! best Papa John’s I’ve ever been to and been ordering for over a year.
