Phenomenal Experience at Pei Wei – Delray Beach!

This place is phenomenal! The ambience is happy, welcoming, and instantly puts you in a good mood. Allie greeted us right away and asked if we were familiar with the menu. I mentioned my favorite dish and shared a past experience I had at a different location—without knowing I was speaking to the general manager herself! She was incredibly kind, with a beautiful personality, and genuinely attentive. You can immediately tell she’s a true leader.

Her regional manager was also there, and he was just as professional and kind. He even brought our soup to the table, which was such a thoughtful touch.

And the food… absolutely delicious! The soup was a total WOW 🤤. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made with care.

This new location truly redeemed the Pei Wei experience for me. This place is a must! 🌟

This new location is amazing. Clean, clean, clean! Restrooms are clean. Tables are clean, floors are clean, kitchen looks clean and the orange chicken was delicious as usual. Michaela who greeted me with a big smile even brought out a chocolate covered fortune cookie for me. Thank you so much and see you soon!

Ordered two meals for lunch—one steak and one tofu—and had a mixed experience. The steak dish was great, packed with flavor and cooked really well. The tofu meal with added broccoli, however, was disappointing. The broccoli had a strange, off taste, almost as if it wasn’t fresh, which affected the whole dish.

On the positive side, picking up the order was very easy. The online order was ready on time and the process was quick and convenient. A good pickup experience, but the quality of the broccoli definitely needs attention.

Located in Delray Place along S. Federal Highway, the restaurant's ambiance is incredibly inviting right from the moment you step inside. I was greeted by a pleasant employee who took my order of Kung Pao shrimp and Honey seared chicken. I redeemed a 2 entrees for $18 offer for savings. The food was made in a timely manner. It not only looked, but also tasted delicious.

Both dishes was served with white rice. The Kung Pao shrimp was cooked with garlic, shredded carrots, snow peas, scallions, and peanuts. Tossed in a tasty chili soy sauce. I requested the dish to be made mild as I am not fond of spicy food. The honey seared chicken was tempura battered and tossed in a lightly sweet honey garlic sauce over crispy rice sticks, topped with red peppers and scallions.

I ate my fill and saved the remainder for the following day. My compliments to the cook. Both dishes was enjoyable. I look forward to coming back to try another amazing dish on my next visit.
