Phat Boy Sushi, Kitchen & Bar - Delray

Sophie was excellent! I didn't like the Ramen chicken miso. It had know flavor. I tried soy, chili oil and there hot sauce. I did however enjoy their Ceasars dressing. My waitress told me $5 for a small soup bowl of the dressing. They chef told her no! Charge me $10. She already told me $5.

Great drinks, great sushi. Good shishito peppers, come during happy hour for half off cocktails and apps.

Atmosphere is very nice in there and it is lower price point. A guy told me this was the best sushi place in all of Florida. I think I came here with way too high of expectations. The sushi was not good at all. Huge cucumber inside both rolls I got which completely overwhelmed the rolls. Not a much flavor as I was hoping for. Food Quality seemed very mid. Will not be coming back again.

This is one of my favorite sushi spots! Kristina took excellent care of us during our visit and went out of her way to make my daughter feel special as we celebrated her 16th birthday. Truly a memorable experience!.

Had the Poke Bowl. Super! A lot of salmon and tuna. Great presentation. Will definitely come back to try other dishes.

Okay, my experience is only based on a delivery order, so I can't comment on the ambiance or service since I wasn’t there in person.

I ordered the Steak, Chicken, and Shrimp hibachi. It was really, really good. The flavors were spot-on, and everything was cooked to perfection. The presentation was also impressive—for a delivery order.

The portion size was just right. I ordered a side of eel sauce, but honestly, it wasn’t necessary, so I’ll skip it next time.

I’ve seen photos of the restaurant interior from other reviewers, and now I’m definitely looking forward to dining in to experience the food and service on-site.

10/10 food , costumer service , & ombiance . I had Chelsea as a server & she is not only carasmatic , but she is also an absolute joy & is one of the best servers I had the pleasure of having ! She recommended the miss liz role , & it was DELICIOUS . If you’re looking for an amazing server with great costumer service I’d highly recommend requesting Chelsea . 10000000/10

I have guests from our of town and live in fort lauderdale. We went to waterpark in Rivera Beach and I googled sushi restaurants and saw this place rated 4.7 stars. We weren't provided with menus and took 10 minutes to get menus. We ordered appetizers and when they were dropped off I had to ask for our server because he didn't come to our table after 20 minutes. The wrong food was brought and again we didn't see the server and had to ask someone to grab him. I told him we didn't order spring rolls and asked if he confused it with California rolls. He did.... I ordered a drink food was served and my drink didn't come. I had to flag down the server for my drink, ate my food but my guests said the sushi was bad. My hibachi was fine but my drink was brought after i was done with dinner and I just wanted to leave. I'll stick to what I know and not return here. This place shoukd be rated in the low 3s.

Love this SoFlo sushi spot. While this is a chain, they have the best quality control and even better happy hour/daily deals. The menu is expansive and we have enjoyed everything that has been presented. The inside is spacious and decorated with Asian vibes. While I wasn’t the biggest fan of their ice cream used in the desserts, I know they weren’t responsible. Good for a date night or with a group, they definitely have the room! Be careful, the $5 lychee martinis on Monday will get you!

Chelsea and Scott were amazing. Super attentive and really made our special night special. The food was SO GOOD, we had two rounds of saki bombs because 1 just wasn’t enough. Facility is clean, staff is friendly and food was amazing. Can’t wait to come back!

Chelsea went above and beyond and was so welcoming and friendly, my wife and I both had a long day at work but Chelsea’s positive energy and demeanor made us both feel so relaxed and at ease. We will absolutely be back and specifically requesting her as our server.

Chelsea is the best server ever! So sweet and thoughtful. Her attention to detail and easy going vibe made me want to come back! The food was delicious, we got the tonkatsu ramen, galbi, shrimp hibachi, and kimchi. 10/10!
