Rude & nasty! Imagine going I to a place to pick up & the person doesn't even acknowledge your presence in their place! She just plops your order down after you sit there waiting with zero interaction & walks out of the store! You can't ask a question or it pisses them off(seemingly) or they just don't want to be bothered. Possibly the worst customer service in any pizza place in Delray Beach.

Went in for an interview the woman that interviewed me was very rude. Was coughing the whole time and wasn’t wearing a hair or face mask. Absolutely disgusting. Anyone thinking about working there don’t. I didn’t get her name but she was overweight and mean. Definitely wanted to report her for the way she treated me.

Its unfortunate that everytime I come to this location my food is never fresh. Ive tried on 3 occasions to eat from this location and each time my pizza taste 3 days old.My pizza never taste fresh. It taste like its been sitting out all night. The last time I ordered from this location I took one bite of my pizza and threw it away. It was as hard as the boxI hate spending my hard earned money on a disappointment. This location will never see me again.

The cashier has the nastiest attitude if I weren't starving I'd walk out. She needs to be taught how to treat customers, if not maybe she should be trained to cook so she doesn't directly deal with

I remember Pizza Hut on federal and Linton. The Pizza was good then. I went to the new location about two weeks ago and it was not the same. Nowadays food service is a joke. Some people think that the their job nonsense. I'll never spend another cent there.

This is not the first time I've had issues here, against better judgment, I gave it another try. Placed an order for delivery and specified in instructions that I needed change for a $100. They did state that it wasn't their policy to accept that amount, bit a door dash representative called and said they would accommodate. I also understand that it is door dash not pizza hut. Driver arrived and called me while in the driveway and said he didn't have change and was going to get change and never came back. Then an employee of Pizza Hut called and informed me that the were closing in 5 minutes and my order was canceled, while on the phone another delivery guy pulled up with half the order,and again, no change. Then the employee of pizza hut offered to go the extra mile and drop off food at the end of her shift, I couldn't thank her enough and praised her attention to customer service and asked her name so I could post a very positive review, she also said my number from my order and would call and should be here in 20 minutes, awesome!!!! She never showed or even called. Called today to express my issues with manager, her only reply was, bot my problem. Would never recommend, would actually tell anyone thinking of ordering to absolutely do not!!!! Unbelievably horrible customer service, on both parts, Pizza Hut and Door dash. While they are two separate entities, Door dash represents your company. Side note, I have never done a review on line, this is my first, but I've also never encountered worse customer service, ever!
I had a wonderful experience. When I came to pick up my order, the amazing manager, Reese, told me she had seen my pizza was not up to standards, so she had them remake it for me. I thought this was amazing, as most places would have still given me the pizza and pretended nothing was wrong.Reese was super sweet and professional! When I got the next pizza, it was cooked perfectly, by the way! Couldn't have asked for better!

Whoever is working tonight should be fired. I've never met anyone so rude. I canceled my order because there was a mistake and she couldn't be any less helpful. The reviews are correct. This is the worst location and I was attending and event. I wanted to bring some pizzas to pay it forward, but obviously this location is a disaster and I got pizza somewhere else

Ordered here @9:30pm Tues 6/13. Ordered 2 orders of boneless wings and a pizza … the cashier was rude over giving us blue cheese for the wings and wanted to charge for it …. What a joke … so you sell the wings and the sauce served with them is an up charge ? Even McDonald’s gives ya sauce for nuggets.. Then she goes on about how it should’ve been paid for and what other customers do… that’s ok .. from now on dominoes it is… if your miserable do everyone a favor and quite your job…
