Planet Juice / Delray Beach

We experienced poor customer service during our visit. We waited approximately 5–7 minutes without being acknowledged. There was no greeting or indication that we would be assisted shortly—only brief eye contact before staff returned to their work. As a result, we chose to leave.

Great customer service! The staff was very warm and pleasant. The smoothie I ordered was very light and tasted very healthy. If Im in the area again, I would definitely go back.

Absolutely love this place. The owner is so kind and genuinely cares about the quality of food and the environment. Their food and drinks are SUPER clean and is the perfect spot for any occasion.

I love Planet Juice! I have been coming here for the past year and Matt, Mike, Ryan, (Patty) and Lou are the best team! They are so friendly, give recommendations when I feel like changing my regular orders up, and are so consistent with the product they put out. Everything is so fresh, the shop has great vibes, and it really is the best Juice Bar/Smoothie Shop in Delray! Shoutout to Matt for being the one who recommended the Greens to me on my first visit, it is my favorite!

I used to love this place but lately it feels like they’ve gotten very lazy. Maybe it’s a stupid complaint but don’t say you’re open until five If you plan to close at 4:15. I’ve been here multiple times after work, hoping to get a smoothie or juice and the doors were locked.
