Perfect location near everthing in Downtown Delray. Excellent food & very fresh. They have outside seating which is a great spot to people watch. The staff were kind & happy :)

I wanted To write a review because of a very pleasant experience I had ordering to go at the restaurant. A very kind gentleman named Louis noticed I looked lost, and I was. He asked me if he could help me with anything. He was so calm and nice. At that moment I had had a very long day and it was nice to be greeted by someone who didn’t make me feel like I was inconveniencing them and that I had to hurry up and order. He was quite the opposite of that. The food was perfect- vegetable GYOZA, edamame, and Ramen tonKotsu. I have been there many times I’ve never been disappointed. There’s a parking garage right around the corner and that is the easiest place for me to park. The downtown is pretty cramped and there’s not a lot of street parking.

If you love Ramen and Kimchi this is the place to go. The Ramen was flavorful and they make their own kimchi in-house. Fun atmosphere and great sake choices.

I love this Ramen place. I had the Shoyu Ramen with the Chashu Pork Belly. Loved it and the Pork Belly was plenty tender and so flavorful. Enjoyed trying out their nice line-up of Sake too. My fav was Maki Saki. We actually went back 2 nights later for another dinner. That time we tried the Boa Buns which were fantastic and also steak gyoza also very good. I had the same ramen but my dining partner had the Kimchi and fried chicken ramen. The only problem was that the chef was on an other planet on our second night....he forgot the pork belly in mine and the extra seaweed and he didn't make my dining partner's on the very spicy level....so the waitress took my bowl back and added the pork belly and then she brought a little side dish of kimchi and seaweed to add to the other dish. Just a little inconvenient but everything tasted great. Looking forward to a return trip when we are in town next May!

I’ve visited the Boca location before but first time in Delray. This was an excellent experience. Very attentive, knowledgeable, and sweet waiter. The veggie gyoza appetizer was one of the freshest I’ve ever tasted. Vegan ramen (add kimchi and garlic chili paste) was excellent, and the red curry udon was surprisingly uniquely delicious. Really liked that you could spread out here, as the Boca location (not its fault) is cramped. Will definitely be choosing this location in the future.

There was no "mask" sign on the front door so we walked in with our masks in hand in case they wanted us to put them on; we were immediately greeted by a woman (who was later behind the bar) who made a motion with her hand across her face indicating we were to put on our masks. Before we could even respond she started saying, "We are a private business...etc..." She was very rude. Fortunately, we had a very sweet waitress named Anika (sic). The food was okay but we chose not to go back due to the rude employee.

I love the food, the ramen portions and rice bowls are pretty sizable and very filling, especially with a beer or two. Service, for me, has always been good even when it's busy there. If she's there, ask for Keryn. She's super sweet, really great to talk to, and super attentive, so you'll always be taken of. She's definitely one of the best people there. If you haven't been, give it a shot, it's worth it!

We thought we would try Raman Lab because they had a buy one get one the chicken portion. We got home & the wife & I split the meal, reflected in picture. The food was tasty but the portion was small for $15.00. Bill price shows more but bogo chicken. There was no rice that my wife thought would be included. Good thing we had are own coleslaw at home to make it a meal. Very sad, definitely will not be going back.

West Palm Beach location was fabulous! I'm a Poke addict, and their signature "Poke Fire" did not disappoint! The tuna was very fresh, the sauce was flavorful, with the perfect amount of heat and crunch. I wanted a second bowl!

Ramen Lab is a good, quick, affordable place to get a bite in DownTown Delray. Located right off the Ave its easy to get to and usually quick to serve. The ramen is really good (obvi) but most of the other dishes that I have had are just so-so. Stick to the good stuff and you'll be fine. They also have a pretty decent early happy hour that I would recommend you check out if you want a few small bites. Its also a family friendly place in Delray which is increasinly hard to find.

I really thought our lunch here was going to be a disaster... there was one person at the register painstakingly taking orders, and a long line of hungry people. I was further concerned when, a good 5-10 minutes after ordering, a server came to the table where we were waiting to tell us that they were out of the main ingredients for the dish I ordered - the tofu and mushrooms for the soba noodle dish. I was stymied and was asked to go to the register to work it out with the cashier. Super frustrated at this point... somehow it all turned around. I asked the cashier if the roasted cauliflower could be a substitute for the missing items, and the cashier said yes, and furthermore, she suggested they'd be even better lightly battered and fried. I said, we had lost a lot of time and were in a hurry. They expedited the order and I had it within 5 minutes. And it was DELICIOUS. So much so, that I super recommend they add this version to the menu permanently. Bottom line: This was a long-winded way of saying the food is delicious and the staff is very kind and accommodating. I fully recommend, but hope they find a way not to run out of key ingredients during lunch-time! Vegetarian side note: Somehow I did not notice that the soba noodle dish I ordered was NOT vegetarian (only now looking at the menu in retrospect do I see this dish did not have a "V" and uses bonito flakes). SO! If you're a pescatarian, I highly recommend it. If you're a vegetarian, sadly it looks like there's only one Ramen dish on the menu for us, and they don't allow substitutions. Perplexingly, one bao dish that is marked "V" also notes bonito flakes as a topping. Had to dock a "star" for these issues.
