Their chicken is second to none. Piping hot right off the grill.I always order the 1/4 white meat with beans and rice. I tried the new cheese yucca, and it was yummy!Great quick, healthy lunch option.

While the food is good, the service is awful. My husband ordered us 2 tropichops, yuca fries and multiple sauces. He got the to-go bag, drove home and when we unpacked, we noticed the missing yuca fries and curry mustard sauce. Being that the restaurant is 10 minutes from our house, it's illogical to drive back. So now, we paid for an item we didn't receive which is upsetting to say the least. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR TO GO BAG! The employees cannot be trusted to ensure your order is complete.
The girl that works the drive thru during 5pm had the nastiest attitude for no reason, it’s very uncalled for, the food is good & etc, But I always leave with an headache when she works the drive thru, definitely needs to work on her customer service & communication skills.

The food is standard as to what you’d get at any other Pollo Tropical location. However, this location needs to be renovated. The outdated and dirty interior make the atmosphere depressing. I’ve been to other locations that have been renovated and they are well-kept, clean and have a welcoming atmosphere.
