This was our first time ordering from Pollo Tropical, and we couldn’t be more impressed! Chris, the manager, went above and beyond to help us choose the perfect menu for a party of 20. Today we celebrated my in-laws’ birthday, and I was truly amazed by the level of customer service Chris provided. Thank you for making our experience excellent—we’ll definitely be back!

I ordered a bowl and got a huge portion of something that was barely edible. The green peppers on top were cooked to the point that it was difficult to distinguish them from liquid matter. The chicken was dry and stringy. I brought the left over portion home to my cat, who tried to bury it. I also ordered flan. For $4, I got a tiny plastic sample cup about the size of the sample cups they use at Publix, filled with something that looked like flan but had the texture of rubber.
Other than than that my dining experience was perfect.

Been to many pollo tropicals and this has been by far the worse experience, I gave it three tries and every time a distater story. The first time I asked for a tropichop with everything and they only gave me rice beans my protein and peppers only. The next time I went and asked for a sandwich which the chicken must have been on a diet cause how skinny that meat and the employees look at you like you have three heads if you ask for anything never again will I be coming back to this location

I dont think they understand what a chicken ceasar salad is. They cut up some chicken and tossed it on top of lettuce. Thats it....

Ordered a grilled chicken avocado salad and it was a complete disappointment. The chicken was dry, hard and burnt. The container was big but full of lettuce. The avocado was a tiny, translucent, slimy piece with an awkward after taste. Disgusting!! The only good thing was a side of Plantains. I will never order that again.

Go to KFC! We're from out of town and wanted to try something new. The front service was HORRIBLE! The guy was so rude. We asked for sit down- got it in a bag for to go. I had to ask for our drinks twice. They forgot the fries which we only saw when we got back to our accommodation. And the kids meal is a joke (see photo)

$30 worth of skimpy portions and cold food. Got the ½ chicken meal and some meat dish. Portion were very small as you can see by the pic I live 5 min away and food had to be reheated. Done with this place

Overall not bad, but quality some times can be better. First is chicken, multiple times it’s been overcooked. Soup very great option but it stays on warmer and been overcooked multiple times, plus size is only a bawl and when I’d like to have small soup and chicken it no more option anymore
