We ordered online, the order was supposed to be ready at 5:50pm. I left with the order at 6:40. They had run out of guacamole and at the same time the crowds arrived. It could have been a nightmare for the customers, but the young ladies who were delivering the orders were so friendly and updated us all on the progress of things. The tropichops were delicious and the yucca was very tasty so I definitly will be back!

Ordered online and 95% of our order was incorrect/missing items. 1st item: Large trop chop, all the way with white rice, what did we get? Large trop chop, yellow rice with peas and NO VEG., No corn and barely any food. 2nd item: large trop chop, white rice, corn and chicken. Guess what? Missing the BEANS! And barely and food. 3rd item: large plantains, what did we get? NONE. 4th item: Large soup, what did we get? NONE. Called to complain to the customer service line. Simple order done online so they seal the bag, I didn’t double check thinking it would all be correct. What would have happened if we ordered Uber Eats? Not happy and you’ve been warned if you are reading this. Too many people in there not paying attention, pollo service has really taken a massive hit. Everyone there has an attitude and you feel weird asking for sauce because they seem annoyed. Waste of time and energy. Now it’s past 9 pm and this is what I’m doing, warning others. If management or corporate is reading this, please train them. It’s simple… DOUBLE CHECK THE ORDER. The employee # on the receipt was 41s. For the person who is replying to these reviews, stop copying and pasting. You can clearly tell nothing has improved. Just read through the reviews. If you don’t fix these things, you’ll end up w/ a lawsuit in your hands.
UPDATE: COULD NOT eat this food. The rice was hard as a rock. Chicken was burnt and the other pieces seemed like they were from yesterday (like chewing on a rubber). The plantains tasted HORRIBLE. Keep in mind, Pollo tropical is a place we normally eat about 4-5x a month. We ended up throwing the food out (and i hate throwing out food). When we called to complain Osvaldo the rep said to report it to the automated system which we did. Apparently we were supposed be to receive a text with a link to an online form (have not received it yet, it’s 9:35 PM). Extremely dissatisfied. Save yourself the trouble..
Update: 10:01 PM, from the small amount I ate, I now have a stomach ache. If tomorrow I feel sick, I’m reporting this store.

It’s the best pollo tropical I have ever had in my life! It was so chard and so Smokey and soft and delicious the white meat was a little bit skinny lol but everything was delicious!!! Highly recommend this location!!
