It’s the best pollo tropical I have ever had in my life! It was so chard and so Smokey and soft and delicious the white meat was a little bit skinny lol but everything was delicious!!! Highly recommend this location!!

ordered whole chicken family meal with bunch of large sides thru uber eats. $100 worth of food. everything was on point except they forgot the chicken. its ok because uber eats is giving me a $5 credit. done with both places

I decided to dine-in after a long day at work! I just wanted to relax. Usually I order through the drive-thru, but for some regrettable reason I decided to something different! Not only were the bathroom sinks, and toilets FILFTHY... but the Dining tables just disgusting! There was literally not one table that was clean, or that didnt have a funky smell! I am truly disappointed! I was not comfortable eating there, but I already had gotten my food, and I was too tired to make a fuss. Cashier didnt even ask me for my rewards, another disappointment! But im more traumatized on how dirty the restraunt was! Even the pay counters were nasty. Never again do i plan to eat here! I don't recommend this location at all. Customer service is okay, but definitely can do better.

This was our first time ordering from Pollo Tropical, and we couldn’t be more impressed! Chris, the manager, went above and beyond to help us choose the perfect menu for a party of 20. Today we celebrated my in-laws’ birthday, and I was truly amazed by the level of customer service Chris provided. Thank you for making our experience excellent—we’ll definitely be back!

I ordered a bowl and got a huge portion of something that was barely edible. The green peppers on top were cooked to the point that it was difficult to distinguish them from liquid matter. The chicken was dry and stringy. I brought the left over portion home to my cat, who tried to bury it. I also ordered flan. For $4, I got a tiny plastic sample cup about the size of the sample cups they use at Publix, filled with something that looked like flan but had the texture of rubber.
Other than than that my dining experience was perfect.

Wanted something different and quick so we chose Pollo Tropical. My wife ordered the 1/4 Fire Grilled Chicken Platter that comes with rice & beans, marinated in citrus juices and spices for 24 hours, then grilled. I chose the Mojo Roast Pork Platter also with rice & beans. They say it is slow roasted in a mojo juice blend with sautéed onions. I found it dry and lacking flavor. Also got the sweet plantains, good.

Been to many pollo tropicals and this has been by far the worse experience, I gave it three tries and every time a distater story. The first time I asked for a tropichop with everything and they only gave me rice beans my protein and peppers only. The next time I went and asked for a sandwich which the chicken must have been on a diet cause how skinny that meat and the employees look at you like you have three heads if you ask for anything never again will I be coming back to this location
