First time trying qdoba and I was really impressed. The food was fresh and they had a great variety of options. What stood out most though was the service. Ayden was super friendly and helpful. You can tell he cares about doing a great job. Thats not something you see everywhere, and it really makes a big difference. Definitely exceeded my expectations. I will be back soon!

First time having Qdoba, better than Chipotle. But what I would really like to highlight is the exceptional service I got from Ayden. The chicken was the best I have had, so he did a phenomenal job on that. As a first time customer, I had lots of questions about the menu and he did not hesitate to answer all my questions with a smile on his face I cannot be happier with my experience. He made it so easy for me to wanna come back again. Good job Ayden!

Workers aren’t trained right you purchase a large chips and dip and they give you a little plastic cup which is not correct the correct size is the QDOBA cup for a large then they proceed to tell me that it’s a soup bowl not meant for large chip dip what kind of nonsense is this honestly disgusting attitude I been going here for months and been going to QDOBA for the longest there’s only been one size for the large chip dip container it’s not a soup bowel instead of arguing with a customer who’s spending money educate yourself and call and ask your boss or look online it’s literally everywhere even on the walls and app and tell me how the manger Dosent even know the correct size either how are you a (manger who’s name is ADIN )I need a explanation on how there training is cause never had a issue before until recently with a manger and some nasty worker who acts like he’s a manger himself i rather go to Boca Raton location at this point at least they know the correct size for the dip for a large chips im paying about 7 dollars for a large not a small and telling me it’s a soup bowl im sorry if you don’t know for sure don’t tell a customer that especially when your completely wrong go find another job somewhere else if your gonna have a nasty attitude i come there to spend money eat some food and relax not be disrespected by a worker who thinks he knows it all and a manger who Dosent speak and lets his associate do all the talking then tell me at the end after I prove my point oh maybe your right and we didn’t know like come on man this is crazy very disappointed and he put my 4 bowels in one bag with both my chips with the bowels sideways common sense I need two bags not one just completely disappointed your workers and management who aren’t educated in the product or know right size from wrong are driving all your customers away if this kind of behavior and energy continues idk how long this location will stay open unfortunately. Really upsetting .down below you will see two pictures the size that a large guacamole or dipping sauce is supposed to come in for a large and the other picture with a plastic small baby cup is what they were arguing with me telling me that this size is a large which is completely incorrect. To all the other customers you got ripped off if you paid for a large and got that baby small cup which is not a large .
