Very disappointed with the ramen. My boyfriend recently moved to the boynton beach area, and we love ramen so we were stocked to try this place. First, upon calling to place a pick up order, we thought we had the wrong number since the person who answered was super nonchalant. Then, he took our order and asked what kind of noodles we wanted in our “ramen”… ummm what?! Anyhoo, I accidentally chose rice noodles… totally my fault. My boyfriend went to pick up our order, he did say the place looked super cute. When he got home and we opened our food… huge disappointment. No eggs, no spoons, a tiny piece of pork belly… flavor wise, we have definitely had better. I had to pay extra for bean sprouts… it was a complete let down, and we spent $40 on two ramen bowls that were nowhere near how the pictures looked.

A friend and local to the area recommended this spot. Here’s the scoop, ramen spots in these small little spots end up being the best.

They bring the heat, and bring you down flavour highway. Fresh ingredients and a number of options for both meat lovers and veggie huggers. The portions are fair and every bite brings you back for more.

The Delray location is a block away from my job and I went for lunch,I did do pickup but I asked could I sit outside and eat my food and the gentleman offered for to sit inside since it was so hot out, but the food was Amazing and it was fresh ingredients.I had the nana wings,the pork belly bao buns and the chicken gyoza ,love ramen lab eatery
Authentic food. The owner is Japanese and he personally prepares the order with assistance. Great experienced! I visited Delray Beach twice and went there twice. First visit- tonkutsu ramen no ramen egg, Japanese beer, apple cider and tonkoyaki. Second visit I realized I ordered to much so I ordered tonkutsu ramen with Ramen egg. Yumyum

This place is excellent. The tonkatsu ramen was delicious and the tako yaki was incredible. There's only enough seating for like 8, but you could argue that might be authentic when compared to a ramen shop in Tokyo. The kitchen is right behind the bar, and the chef really knows what he's doing. I'm visiting town, so imo the prices are a little high but I thoroughly enjoyed the food.

First time. I am staying mat the Ray Hotel it's about 2 blocks away... the very best Ramen you will ever have ... it will never be the same when I go back home. I had the Japanese Pancake... seriously amazing and the vegan ramen. Tiny little place... the owner/chef makes one dish at a time with TLC
