The cook is awesome to watch- the bowl’s aroma—a rich, fragrant steam carrying notes of ginger, garlic, and warm spices. This is not just a hint of curry powder but a complex, layered scent that is a truly authentic experience. Delicious.

This is a very authentic Japanese ramen spot. I just came back from Japan, and the style and flavor here are almost identical. I’ve noticed that ramen in the U.S. usually tastes a little different from what you get in Japan — the broth there tends to have a slight bitterness, and this place captures that perfectly. Personally, I prefer the U.S. flavor overall, but if you’re looking for a truly authentic ramen experience — from the taste to the seating and ordering style — this is the place to go.

Ramen 369 is a cozy little ramen bar in Delray with incredible broth and fresh ingredients. The flavors are rich and authentic, and you can watch the chef prepare everything right in front of you. Seating is limited and prices run a bit high, but the quality makes it worth it. A must-try for real ramen lovers.

I was in town for a business trip and had a free night and was looking for something different than the typical local food options. I am a ramen fan and thought I would give Ramen 369 a try, glad I did! The ramen was exceptional and so much better than what I’ve had at home. I truly cannot wait to go back and eat there. As an FYI-it’s a very small place so it can’t handle big groups and if there’s a few people in your group check seat availability before arrival. You’ll understand when you go there.
If you go out to get for the food, not the ambience, you shouldnt miss this place!!!
Absolutely unacceptable experience. I found hair tangled around the rice in my bowl and when I showed it to the owner, he brushed it off—no apology, no concern for hygiene. Instead, he argued over edamame that was mistakenly given to us, making us feel like we did something wrong for eating it when we genuinely thought it was a kind, complimentary gesture.
The whole interaction left me shocked and uncomfortable. On top of that, the ramen was bland and nothing like the “Tokyo style” they claim—it doesn’t even come close to the quality you’d expect, especially if you’ve had real ramen in Japan.
This place failed in both food and basic respect for customers. Truly disappointing, and I would never recommend it.

The ramen itself was decent, but the service and handling of an unsanitary situation were disappointing. A few bites into my wife’s chicken teriyaki bowl, we found long strands of hair wrapped around the chicken and rice. We immediately notified the chef, but both he and his assistant stayed quiet. My wife understandably did not want to continue eating, so we shared the ramen instead.
When I later asked what they would do about the dish, the chef said, “I already gave you an appetizer edamame for free.” We had never ordered it. We thought it was simply a kind gesture from the kitchen. Had we known it was mistakenly given to us, we would have returned it.
Overall, the service felt unfriendly from the owner and the assistant seemed unsure of what to do, deferring everything to the chef rather than taking action. On top of that, the bathroom had a noticeable bad smell.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt it necessary to be honest about this experience. As much as I respect how hard it is to run a small business, I can’t support one that doesn’t take responsibility for mistakes or maintain basic standards.

The service was so slow, so much that I got a parking ticket. There was no real way that I was getting out of there in enough time. The service was unbelievably slow and unorganized. I had to reassure the DoorDash client; I don’t recommend this niche spot if you don’t have a blind spot to waste. It’s unreasonable

Great ramen spot in Delray! This restaurant genuinely reminded me of the ramen shops in Japan. Small, counter-top seats only. Order at the kiosk when you arrive and then seat yourself in an open spot. The chef is amazing and the ramen is delicious. We had the shoyu ramen, oxtail ramen, takoyaki and gyoza - all delicious. Highly recommend!

The curry chicken ramen is DELICIOUS! The broth alone is the best I’ve ever had. On top of that the noodles are tender and full of flavor. Must ty when in the area.
